Look at their web site to find the part you need
I didn't know the name of the parts I wanted, but looking on the 'Not Just Taps' web site I discovered the parts are called Tap Handle Shrouds.
My order was dealt with quickly and the shrouds arrived within the forecast time, safe and sound.
They now have a customer that will go to them as the first port of call for any other tap parts needed.

We purchased over 15 IPS Panel sets
We purchased over 15 IPS Panel sets, including basin and taps. Unfortunately, the quality of both taps and basin has been very poor. Several basins discoloured within a year, and we have experienced ongoing problems with the taps and tap levers. While "notjusttaps" initially provided a number of replacement rings free of charge, they are now requesting payments as the issue has persisted. Another recurring fault is with the tap levers, which frequently break. The owner of "notjusttaps" acknowledged that these were part of a faulty batch, but even after replacing the tap levers, the problem continues. We also attempted to resolve this directly with the manufacturer, INTA in Birmingham, but were advised that, since the taps were purchased from notjusttaps, we must deal with them directly. As a result of these ongoing issues, we are in the process of replacing all the units purchased from "notjusttaps".

We're sorry to hear that your experience with our IPS panel sets hasn't met expectations. We always aim to provide a high standard of service and we regret that you feel we've fallen short. Following your last purchase three years ago, we assisted with the replacement of faulty products supplied by Intatec, in line with their guarantee terms. Replacement parts were provided accordingly. As noted at the time, the taps carry a one-year guarantee. However, the cartridge is considered a working component and is not covered under this guarantee, meaning replacements are chargeable. The basins supplied remain a highly popular product and we’ve not received any other reports of discolouration. We appreciate your feedback and remain committed to supporting our customers wherever possible.
