Unable to purchase at a local plumbers merchants, but NotJustTaps found and dispatched the necessary replacement parts.
Measurements of tap insert that I was unable to purchase locally, sent to NotJustTaps together with a photograph. A response within a day recommending a specific product. I ordered online and the parts arrived within a few days. Parts fitted and tap working. I had the reassurance that if the parts were not correct they could be returned. Such excellent service.

Outstanding service and GREAT valve
Outstanding service and GREAT valve. I would highly recommend these guys and gals. I called up with an enquiry and they said they would call me back and they did. They sent out the taps same day so I could fit them next day saving the client time and money. Highly HIGHLY recommend them. As a Gas engineer and plumber I WILL be using them again and again.

We are disappointed that you have left a review without getting in touch with us either by email or over the phone about your complaint as we do mention on our website that if you live in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, offshore UK, Northern Ireland, Eire or the EU, we can enquire with our couriers for better pricing when delivering smaller items. Please contact us with your location and the product you need and we can advise on the most cost effective delivery method for you.
EDIT: Thank you for updating your review with part of your location. As listed on our website, our couriers charge extra for deliveries to any postcodes that fall within AB10-56 area. If you are after a tap then this would have to be delivered by courier, but if you are after a replacement valve or tap handle we can send this via Royal Mail for a lower cost. Please contact our sales team with your requirements and we can advise accordingly.
