I ordered two replacement pop-up plugs for two bathroom sinks. The products arrived within 48 hours and fitted perfectly. I would recommend this company.

Mixer tap cartridge arrived quickly, and it fitted perfectly. The staff had been very helpful by email in identifying what was needed.

I had been looking for a replacement braided hose for my kitchen mixer tap and could not find one, was advised to contact Notjusttaps and find the hose I needed.

Notjusttaps were really helpful - they identified an exact tap cartridge match for me when numerous other companies were unable to help. Highly recommended.

Re DLG Universal replacement tap handles. Delivery from Notjusttaps was prompt, but quality of goods not so great. Handles look good, but casting of the tapered internal splines is poor, to the extent that one tap handle had to be reamed out with a round file to be able to be fitted at all. The other was tight, and only slight modification was required.

I wasn’t sure which tap valves I required, however using the simple form on their website, made it easy for me to send them the required information.

I’ve got a quick response by email recommending particular parts, I ordered these, they arrived the next morning. I fitted these and all was well, Problem solved.

All in all, an easy to use website, and great customer service.

We were unable to find the "hot & cold" inserts for our bathroom faucets in the USA. Notjusttaps were very helpful in answering our questions about the products, had great communication when the items were shipped and we received our purchases in a week from the UK. I needed valves for a tap that had been discontinued by the manufacturer. Not Just Taps found a perfect replacement and sent them through promptly. Excellent service in all aspects. Definitely my “go to supplier” in the future.

Using their web site I thought I had identified the tap body I required. When I discovered it was wrong, I sent the original to them, they identified it and supplied the correct parts. The original order and the replacements were dispatched and arrived within 2 days. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone in need of taps or spares.

I searched everywhere online for a replacement bath tap cartridge and notjusttaps was the only place I found a similar one I could use. The top spindle was too big, but I got a replacement tap handle to use with it also from notjusttaps and my bath tap works perfectly once more. Excellent site and all delivered immediately. Thought I would have to buy a new tap when the control lever fell off my (expensive) tall basin mixer tap. But I found Not Just Taps on line and gave them a call.

Exceedingly helpful and as I live not too far away asked if I could call at HQ no problem said Derek see you tomorrow. Arrived with the broken item found the new one all within 2 minutes of arriving invoiced and paid (£9:75) saving me over £100 + on a new tap.
