Alison was thee most patient travel consultant from my initial enquiry through to amendments to the booking. Alison took the brief of a family city break to Krakow and nailed it. She booked us a central based aparthotel which was within walking distance of attractions and places of interest. So easy to work with, I'd highly recommend Alison as your go to travel consultant to book your holiday with (she even checked in with us whilst on holiday that all was going ok) aswell as Krakow as a city to visit.

We have just come back from an incredible trip organised by Donna Stacey and wow! From our first interaction with Donna at the very beginning of sharing ideas about what we thought we might want to do, to our lovely welcome home check in…she has been amazing! Personable, knowledgeable, always had every detail covered and nothing was too much trouble. She really took the time to understand us, what we liked and what we didn’t to make the best recommendations and basically was a total pleasure to work with, thank you Donna.
Donna organised a 7 day Mediterranean cruise for us with a 2 day city break in Rome at the start and then the same in Barcelona at the end. Sorted every detail, hotels, flights, transfers and was full of top tips for our first ever cruise experience (from drinks packages to arriving on the boat with our swimming stuff in a separate bag so we could make use of all the facilities immediately). Her recommendations were spot on!
Having not used a service like this before the treat of having someone else manage our check in, and the comforting feeling of having someone to answer any questions was amazing and I’ve discovered a complete no brainier. Donna even stepped in after my husband left his phone in our transfer to Barcelona airport and tracked it down for us!
We won’t be booking a holiday without Donna again.

Thank you for organising my Mum and Son trip to Krakow. You got the brief so beautifully and we had a memorable time. The area you based us and the hotel were two things that stood out as I don't think I'd have picked them if I'd organised it myself - but they made the trip. Loved my hotel Valentin Star amazing food , service and daily entertainment comfortable day beds and chill out areas in the shade I would highly recommend to anyone needing a relaxing break in the sun thank you Jenny your a star ⭐

I was looking for a trip to Australia to see my friend and some sights. Zoe Harmer was so good at putting a package together for me and my daughter. We both had a lovely time. Zoe checked in on us to make sure everything was ok when we were away and she also checked in for us for our flights, which was one less thing to worry about. Zoe listened to my needs and planned accordingly. Zoe gave me ideas and suggestions about our trip. I could not recommend Zoe enough. Will definitely be booking our next adventure with her. Dalene Ferreira has been exceptional responsive and patient with all our questions and combinations of possibilities to find a holiday that suited our family and budget. Always there to provide support and helping hand with what ended up being a complex visa situation 2 weeks before departure! We had a wonderful holiday and felt reassured that Dalene was there if we needed help.
Our trip was amazingly good value and one great option was that we could pay off over time which helped to make it a possibility for us.

We absolutely loved our experience and couldnt have wished for more. The culture food and friendly people were amazing. From sand dune riding to beach days temple tours street food tours!

Latitude life led by Andrew and Anthony was incredible - they arranged a three week tour of Canada with a meet up with family - planes, trains, automobiles and ferries, bear watching, whale watching and even a special birthday meal on top of a mountain. Meticulous detail, well selected accommodation, tours and tips - really taking time to understand what we liked, our budget and making it so easy so we could truly enjoy it all - knowing all the detail and admin was taken care of before and during our holiday. Would not hesitate in commissioning them again and highly recommend!

We booked a mini break to Spain with Carly last year and she was fantastic. At short notice we had the opportunity to go to New York this Summer. I spoke to Carly and explained we’d be looking to fly within 2 weeks. I also explained that I wasn’t sure if I’d need to book accommodation – and that it might be flight only. Carly was amazing – she was happy to look at accommodation incase I needed it, and very quickly sent through some options (flights were cheaper than any I’d found after hours of searching!). Carly tailored the flights to ensure we got the best prices but also made the most of our time in NYC. Nothing was too much for her – and she really made me feel at ease when I didn’t need the accommodation. Carly really did take the stress out of organising the travel side of things. Would recommend her 100% and will definitely be calling on her again. Thank you Carly!

We booked a group trip to Ibiza and usually group trips are a nightmare to arrange, but not this time! Our agent Ellie Parkinson made the holiday so stress free as we knew she was available to answer any questions and iron out any issues along the way - except we never had any issues as she booked us the best flight times, the easiest transfers we've ever had and the hotel ticked every single box of what we wanted. All within our budget. Will definitely book with Ellie again.

Just came back from a wonderful 19 day holiday from Hong Kong, Koh Samui & Bangkok!! The whole process was so well organised by Dimple & Sonali @ Not Just Travel as ALWAYS, that all we needed to do was turn up at the airport with our luggage! So seamlessly stress free travel is how we would describe our whole trip! It was so last minute for us to decide on this trip, basically Dimple & Sonali had 2 days to deliver on the goods, we knew where we wanted to stay, we are very particular with our flight timings - no early mornings no late night flights all had to flow with checking out/in times, what we wanted to do, who we wanted to fly with with and they PULLED OUT ALL THE STOPS TO MAKE IT HAPPEN! They are literally our personal concierge who worked so quickly to make our trip a dream come true with out ANY delays, stress, room issues, nothing! It was a holiday to paradise so beautifully curated exactly as we wanted it to be! Seats, meals, transfers all the way through booked!! Shout out to Destination Asia too, they are Fabulous, so helpful, organised, very informative and hands on for anything we may have needed at any time, we were treated like VIPs, 6 pick ups and drop offs all done with a smile so THANK YOU!
