Excellent service. Bought a vintage bass back in January and they ship it overseas at the time I want 3 weeks later with secure packing and tracking.

Just that the last mile of the delivery company they use was not up to standard, this is not No.Tom's fault though.

The 1980 D-28 I bought last week at No.Tom Guitars is everything I had hoped it would be. I have been looking for that special feeling with an acoustic for some time and I have found it with this guitar. Thank you Chris at No.Tom for taking the time to go through all of the comparisons with the other D-28s (1978 and 1979) and with the D-41 and the Gibson J50. I learned something and it made me even more convinced that the 1980 D-28 was the right one. The knowledge and honest discussions with Chris and Ron about each guitar's qualities is invaluable.

Was working in London on a week's course....hotel round the corner from Denmark Street. Not looking for a new guitar at all, but dropped into the store just for a mooch....anyway, you know how this story goes, suffice to say I am now the very proud owner of a beautiful Taylor 812CE. The guys at No.Tom are professional, knowledgeable and patient - they allowed me to A-B test several guitars at various price points to ensure the Taylor was right for me. They also shipped very quickly and securely, and even threw in a very nice T-shirt! Thanks Chris and Doug - it was a pleasure doing business with you. Note to self - next time in London avoid this place at all costs, as you never know when the (next) right guitar is waiting to be discovered!! These guys are absolute pioneers in their trade. Customer service is AAA 10/10 And the quality of their instruments is out of this world. Chris and Ron really make you feel at home and try their best to help you with all of your needs.

Other guitar stores need to take note from these guys, it isn't always about making the sale. It's about finding whats right for the customer and I really like that about No Tom.

I recently purchased a 1996 Fender American vintage '62 reissue after hours of trying out different guitars in their store. Even with a bad back Ron kept a smile and Chris helped me to find the one. This is easilly the best strat I have ever played/owned.

I can't finish this review without mentioning Gerald who has the magic touch. I've been bringing guitars to him for a few years and whatever he touches is pure gold. Easilly my favorite Luthier in London.
