Own Goals Galore!!
Unfortunately there was no communication after purchase. Guitar came set up with strings I don’t use and it would have been helpful if they’d asked me first. After they read my review I got an email complaining about my “negative” review ( I thought 3 Stars was average) and blaming me for not contacting them saying they were too busy to contact customers. I suggested they might have offered to send me the correct strings but they never responded to my email. Crazy!!!😜

Bought a guitar for my son’s 21st. Ended up with a pedal also. Great experience. Staff very friendly and relaxed not pushy. Welcoming shop with knowledgeable staff and a grumpy dog. What more do you want. Would recommend 100%.
