Great friendly staff, helpful and engaged but not overbearing.
Very accommodating staff at NO.TOM; but then again that's the pleasure of going to a music instruments shop and feeling the instruments versus online ordering.

Great mix of website + human contact = 5* review.
Great to be able to speak to the guys in the shop in the day I bought the guitar (via the website). Once the delivery date was advised I was able to liaise with them to make sure the guitar arrived on a day I would be at home to receive it. Worked a treat!

I’ve dealt with NTG for years and the experience has always been a good one. All guitars offered for sale set up and ready to go. The store’s vibe and decor is like your lounge from heaven with a welcoming, friendly, pro staff who know their stuff. They look after you well but importantly they know how to treat you as a returning customer this isn’t a sell and move onto the next one style of business. Highly recommended

Hand in two guitars to work and modify for me, a Epiphone BB King Lucille with Seymour Duncan Prails with Trippelshot rings and a Fishman Piezo bridge, complexity rewiring but Jake who worked on it managed to make it work the way I want it...
Gerald who work on my Simon and Patrick 12 string to lower the action is also very good...
Will always recommend them service provided....
