A while since I last ordered from Novatech but they did not disappoint with prompt delivery of quality product

Good and professional service you can trust. Bought two PC components from there and it was seamless as well as cheaper than ordering online. The staff were willing to help with any questions regarding compatibility / parts.

I bought a cable using click and collect (since I live nearby) and it all went fine as it should. The staff that served me were friendly and helpful

Ordered online, very easy. The computer was a Christmas present to replace and upgrade my husband's current one, which he uses daily to play games and keep in touch with friends now we are retired. It arrived quickly and as described. A great choice and a great service. Thank you

The Novatech pre and post sales service is always excellent. Faulty items (if any) are checked and replaced rapidly.

Some items in my order were out of stock. Novatech suggested a suitable alternative which was delivered promptly.

Consistently arrives punctually and in impeccable condition along with its packaging. I have never encountered any issues with this company. It is genuinely first-rate.

When I ordered the monitor, the website said it was not in stock, but would be in a couple of days. The monitor was delivered two days after the order was placed. This was much quicker than I was expecting. I was impressed with your very efficient ordering and delivery process.

Second time of using Novatech and again no problems. They offer good prices and seem like a nice company.

Rang Novatech to see whether they would start or repair a dead laptop that I bought from them years ago. No was the answer - "due to a recent business decision we only carry out warranty work".
Thank you, thank you, Novatech for the refusal - I followed the advice available on YouTube and fixed it for free.

Awesome customer services, great after sales support. they even fixed my PC on the spot. as it was a quick fix. 10 minutes later and I was headed home with my fully repaired PC

I have had a few things from Novatech through the years and never had any issues, finding and purchasing items always simple, delivery always fast and on time.

Brilliant fast service. Order arrived well packed... Graphic card works a treat!

I ordered a hard drive on 11 December, it said it would be take 3-5 days to ship. Fair enough. A week later the status was still “awaiting parts”. So I called and was told “oh it’s probably arriving in a day or two”. Fine. I call back 3 days later and I’m told “sorry, but you’re not the only one waiting for this item”. Oh right, I guess that’s fine then as long as there are other unhappy customers being left in the lurch?

Meanwhile I buy an HDD from Amazon since this was to fix a degraded RAID array.

I just came back to check my order status now nearly 6 weeks later and I find my order status is “Deleted”. No e-mail, no communication, apparently just “we can’t be bothered to sort this out, let’s make it go away”.

Thanks Novatech. What a shambles your consumer parts division is now. From growing up building computers with your parts, to lies and laziness over a humble hard drive. Maybe you should just stop pretending you can service consumer parts. Mind you, your barely navigable website design already does a good job of that.

I bought a custom REIGN desktop (their prebuilt line) from Novatech, and it's been performing perfectly so far. What stands out most is their transparency: unlike many PC vendors who only highlight flashy specs like the CPU and GPU while skimping on details for the PSU, RAM, SSDs, etc. (often using cheaper brands that can lead to instability or early failures just after warranty), Novatech lets you click 'Customise' on their site and see every single component clearly—including brands and options to swap them if you want.
Even their default, unmodified builds use quality parts, which speaks volumes about their integrity as a seller.

Not being a pro builder myself, I still popped the case open to inspect the wiring—especially the rear cable management, where shortcuts are common even among experienced builders. It was spotlessly tidy, with clean routing and no loose ends. No scratches or build errors visible either. Packaging was solid too—plenty of shock-absorbing material both outside and inside the PC. It survived the trip from Portsmouth to London unscathed, even with a notoriously shabby courier like DPD!

Price-wise, they're not the absolute cheapest, but they offer great value. Cheaper alternatives often come with horror stories in reviews, while bigger premium brands inflate prices. For example, I got 32GB of RAM instead of the 16GB I'd have received from another, more 'famous' vendor, for £100 less!

Customer service has been responsive for both pre-sales questions and after-sales support. They typically reply within one working day, even during busy periods like the run-up to Christmas when I ordered.

Overall, if you're after a custom/prebuilt that prioritizes quality and reliability over rock-bottom price, Novatech's a safe bet. I'd buy from them again without hesitation.

I've always found Novatech to be competitively priced and there is always a good selection of products readily available to meet my requirements.
