Friendly and helpful staff
Helpful pre-sales advice and good help with sorting out various aspects of the installation. Never had to wait more than a minute or so for someone to pick up the call! All working well now.

Great service
Ordered a new graphics card for my computer, and thought I had made a mistake with the order. I called up their customer service, and they quickly diagnosed that I was just paranoid and that I had got exactly the right thing I needed. Frankly, I couldn't ask for better service.

A regular customer.
It's the only place I'll buy my computers and computer components from, and I had a fair few gaming towers from Novatech, and plenty of upgraded parts too, all of which are always made to a great quality and spec. Will carry on buying towers from Novatech when it's time for an upgrade.

A fantastic experience. The staff where very friendly, and helpful with advise. There was a huge selection and all at good prices. My purchases were even carried to my car for me, what more could you want. I will definitly be shopping there again

Delivery Issues
No problem with Novatech. Just the couriers they use DPD who are useless. Three failed (fake) delivery attempts.
I would suggest Novatech change their couriers as I had to cancel my order due to the ineptitude of DPD.
