Novecore is so annoying, please delete my account and terminate any agreement i made with you guys, actually it’s my first time using novecore and i awfully regret ever registering with this site I’ve waited long enough for my album to be released but no sign of release anywhere you guys aint legit i promise, and I don’t want to work with you guys anymore and don’t release my album anymore I don’t want to distribute it anymore with u guys I’m now using a different distribution platform so delete my account ASAP

DO NOT GIVE EARNINGS

I have received multiple thousands of streams on various platforms, including more than 45k streams from the United Kingdom and the United States on Spotify, and when I inquired about my earnings, they said wait 60 days, which I did, and when I inquired again, they said wait 90 days, which I did, and when I inquired again, they said we can't do anything from our end because there is a problem that we don't know about, and they refused to give me my earnings.
I have also email to their finance department and they didnt replied.

Fraudulent website.

A scam website. I released music for a year now from November 2021 to November 2022 but still not a single sales report was generated. Not only me, but many other users were also deceived by them.

NO PAYMENT AT ALL!!!!!
I am the owner of more than 1000 songs and I decided to publish them on Novecore
but it's have been a year (since 2021 - DEC) since I registered all of my songs.
at the start (probably) 10 months ago, their staff told me that I already made 75$ for 149k views only for one song on YouTube in a month 

and now it's been a year since I published my songs on their platform, I didn't get any penny from them and also there is not a single report of my earnings on my account despite I received millions of views.

Here is my personal YouTube account which all the songs are claimed by Novecore and the whole channel received (2,729,173 views), but no payment at all on my account

The problem for your content is that Believe Music keeps claiming ownership of your content (allegedly on your behalf), and YouTube will not pay out royalties to either them or us until the ownership conflict is resolved.

As you had submitted proof of ownership documents when you started working with us, we have already reached out to Believe multiple times via YouTube's messaging system for content managers, but they have not responded and keep asserting ownership over the content, even if we dispute this.

I would recommend you reach out to them (or, if their uploads were really made on your behalf, get them to remove them), so royalties can be received from YouTube and paid out.

I am a members of this distributor…

I am a members of this distributor since 2020, since January of this year i release about 5 music, and since then my music are live and performing very well in all music platforms, but i didnt never get any report or royalty payments... for over 10 months now...nothing! The only answer i got from support are:
- i will forward this to the team, to take a look but i didnt get any answer after..
- It might take more than 3 - 6 months to pay due to reports from stores.. etc
But nothing since then it's been now 10 months.. and nothing in my royalities dashboard showed just empty bright white squares.
I done all the support team suggest to fix this but the problem didn't fixed.
Support take to much time to answer you.
I really hope to give you 5 stars but that's are the truth, i will update this if the issues are resolved with the team in the future which i hope to.

I have taken a look at your account and it looks like you have set the release date for the releases to the same day they were uploaded. This is fine in principle, but it does mean that your release will appear in different stores at different times. It will make it to all stores eventually, but this can take up to two weeks or so.

A synchronized and guaranteed release date can only be provided when you select a release date at least three weeks after upload. Our website clearly warns you about this when you attempt to enter an earlier release date.

Been a user for over 5 months

Been a user for over 5 months, have been charged several times for subscription and received 0 (ZERO) royalities. The only thing they had to say was that I had to wait even more. Seems like the site is a scam so unfortunately I'll be speaking to my legal team to take actions against Novecore.

The reason you have not received royalties is that we have determined that you engage in what we call parasite abuse, this means that you are using Content ID to monetize your own YouTube videos that are not otherwise monetizable. In your case, those videos contain stolen content.

This behavior violates the terms of both YouTube and Novecore, and payments from streams resulting from this activity are not made.

Never a single report or royalty…

Never a single report or royalty payments... for over 7 months now...nothing! The only answer you get from support are:
- we are migrating to a new system
- It might take several months to pay due to reports from stores etc
Reality is: they just don't pay anything nor issue any reports. Frankly this is big bummer and I'd call it a scam after 7 (7!!) months of paying a subscription fee.

EDIT: after publishing the review, Novecore reached out and fixed the issue

Great Service For Starters

I have been a customer at Novecore for a few months now, so far I really like it.
They have support within a minute the review times are a bit unaccurate but what can you expect with the free plan!
Everything gets released perfectly on time and thats very calming.
Novecore is very underrated.
I would love to see a possibility to add lyrics to the songs tho.
I also received my VEVO and Official Artist Channel within 2 weeks.

Short description:

- Great Support
- Great Distribution Time
- With Premium same day delivery
- Good priced VEVO

Weak points:
- You cant add lyrics to your song to display on spotify
- you cant add different C field and P field
- Information is not very detailed

wrote a review in 2022 but i'm rewriting it. novecore has become a really slow, support-lacking distributor in the past like 3 years. they don't respond to support, don't payout, don't give out youtube OAC'S, and their distribution is just bad (to spotify only, they used to have issues with them) so unfortunately i'm rewriting this. 2 stars cause i'm nice

Novecore has helped me release music. I have been using them for about 3 months and they have definitely has it for cheap. I bought the VEVO and I plan to use it as soon nasas I finish my music video. Keep up the good work

My song didn't release and Customer support lied

I have recieved the message from Novecore and my song now shows "delivering". I will update my review in 3 days, as the website says it should take around a day to deliver to spotify. If it is delivered I will update to 3 stars.

I set my song to release 3 weeks in advance for a guaranteed like the website said. It's been 2 days and my song hasn't released yet. I talked to customer support and they told me I need the $5/a month for guaranteed release date. That makes no sense because the website told me I would have a guaranteed release date. What makes it even worse is that 3 days before the release date, customer service told me my song WOULD release on time. Full of lies, and unless this can be resolved quickly I will not use Novecore for my next song.

Impossible platform

Customer care is impossible to deal with. I released my album over 3 months ago. As yet, it only appears on YouTube Music. They can't resolve the problem with not having provided me with a Spotify artist name. And the only replies I get is that they are waiting and that they can't do anything. I can't even start to imagine what will happen when payouts are supposed to be due.... So try to find another platform, which is what I plan to do.

Bad customer service

Update as of 12/6/2021 - I fixed this error and resubmitted. Received rejection again with the same reason, and a CS representative was not able to help again...

while I was not able to find the specific support interaction, I have checked your account and it appears that the primary reason for your release being rejected is that you have put multiple artist names in a single artist name field (instead of adding additional artists).

The response template I assume you are referring to lists this exact reason as a possible cause for metadata rejections ("You put multiple artists in a single artist field (i.e. "Artist 1 ft. Artist 2" or "Artist 1 & Artist 2")").

Response to Update: It looks like you weren't interested in my suggestion of emailing to content team directly, who will have the most in-depth details as they handle review of releases. I can see that your re-upload was rejected because the release title was duplicated (once in Latin and once in Hebrew script).
