My order was broken when it arrived. I emailed customer services at Novielo and received an email to say that they would respond with 48 hours. Five days later and still no response. Things go wrong, but it’s what the company does to put it right that improves their ratings. This company has done NOTHING! If I could give zero stars I would. Buyers beware!

I received my order from novielo and one item was broken. So I contacted them and all I received back was someone will contact you with in 24/48 hours. Well iv contacted them about 5 times and nothing. All I want is a replacement.
I would say to people don't trust them I would never use them again.

SCAM company
Returned a rug - paid postage- only for Royal Mail to return it as the address doesn't exist!! Now have a rug which is too small.
Do not use this company!!

Never get my order. They dont answer to my guestions.

I placed an order 15th September, still waiting for my order 9th October. I have sent numerous emails and keep getting a reply of someone will contact you in 24/48 hours. I have also asked for a refund as they have taken money out of my account. Do not use this company.

Got sent the wrong item, valued less then the one I ordered.
Emailed numerous times but not a single reply. No return details available on the web site. So I am left with trying to get refunded by the credit card company.
Total SCAM.
DON’T order from them, would give rating zero if possible.

Placed an order for a stock item on the 24 Aug - STILL WAITING - 21 September. No progress update either. Extremely disappointed!

I have placed an order over a month ago. They do not Not respond to emails. Took my £50 quick enough. Should have read the reviews 1st lesson learnt

Delivery was timely, and the purchased items met expectations. The negative was that I did hsave one item refunded as it was out of stock, but they were fast in getting me my money back.

This company is full of it they take your money and never send the products. Never order anything off this company, learn from my mistakes. They also never respond to emails.

Table received last week and now finally got round to putting it up - pretty good quality of materials and looks the part. For the price and speed I'd give them 5 stars.

No sign that my item has been shipped then received after a month. Cheap 3D printed vase and all scratched. It's unusable. Packing was OK so it couldn't have been damaged on transit so they don't even check what they're shipping! Now, been emailing them for remedy for over a week. No reply even though I sent reminders. Very bad service.

FAKE!!!! Ordered on July 15. Still not received. I forgot to write down my house number. I passed it on but they don't bother to change it with DHL. Contacted here in the Netherlands. But Novielo London must pass this on to DHL as a sender. They refuse to do this. MONEY RECEIVED AND NO FURTHER SERVICE!!!! Emailed several times but they don't respond anymore.

The company makes copies from
china and in poor material. They link photos of the product from genuine sites to entice purchasers. Their return policy is to convince you to accept the poor knock offs at a reduced price or pay a hefty price for returning the product to China and then they claim not to receive the same before they issue refund less tax. Claims to be based in london with a Solihull sender but items must be returned to china at vast expense. The products beach the consumer credit act and there terms and conditions breach the unfair contract terms act. They have been reported to trading standards, trust pilot postive reviews are fake

Another company that will happily take your money and then become impossible to contact when there's any kind of issue. Also the only online company I've used in the last 20 years or so that don't send any kind of delivery tracking information, so its impossible to know when (or if) anything you've ordered is even going to turn up or where its gone it it arrived when you were out.

I ordered a vase in white as a present. I received one in black. After contacting them they wanted pictures. After presenting them they stopped replying.

Looks like a scam company.

Don’t buy there

I ordered a vase for a family member for their birthday, it arrived quickly but had a leak. After waiting a while for a reply, they sent a shipping label to return the item and said we would get a replacement.

We sent it back straight away. One month later, no word at all, I email again asking where the replacement is. This time I get an email with a refund and no replacement vase. No apology or any other communication. All in all a complete waste of time - won't be shopping with them again.

I ordered a GET NAKED bath mat/rug. It arrived damaged and they are making it difficult to return it. Firstly they sent a scan return label, and I immediately pointed out that I did not have a printer. They replied by email saying that with this label the post office would scan and print it. I went to the post office and, as expected, they refused to print it and confirmed that I was supposed to print it and then take the faulty item to them. I wasted a lot of time and I am still in possession of a faulty item that is of no use to me. Terrible customer service

Every single thing was wrapped in at least 3 seperate plastic bags! It says London in the title, but everything had Chinese writing on it so clearly produced in China and just falsely marketed as London. So bad for the environment.

DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS - Partner saw the dresses and wanted them. I Ordered two of the Angie Summer Dresses for her. I then find out they’re cheaply made dresses, made in China sweat shops (not ethically sourced) and are cheaply available on Amazon! Doing some research all products sold on Novela London are cheaply produced and cheaply sold on Amazon under a different company name.

Had to wait 4 weeks for delivery to receive the product. Does not look anything like the images on their website and research was confirmed about the cheap quality of dress and not ethically source; being sold at a more expensive rate by Novels. No returns made possible, only a discount voucher for the “next purchase” which will not be happening.
