They are very busy this time of year because of the type of products they sell. I enquired when my order would arrive - Customer Service were very helpful and sent my order immediately and I received it two days later. Loved the item and very pleased with their service.

I received my item, but it arrived in poor condition and looks as if it is really poor quality. The metal parts are rusty, the edges of the table are coming apart and the screw holes don't like up for the legs and the base.

I contacted customer services, but no reply.

I had a slight difficulty with ordering due to internet issues. I contacted Novielo and received outstanding customer service from Sarah. She resolved everything for me quickly, efficiently and her correspondence was professional and friendly. I have to say this level of service is unusual and I would certainly highly recommend Novielo.

I placed an order for the Herringbone Double Door Wardrobe back in July. In the order confirmation, the email states 'We'll let you know when your items have been shipped', that never happened. They use the diabolical delivery company Yodel, so my wardrobe was delivered to no. 17 of a completely different street, thank goodness for Google Maps.
Then to top it off, the handles on the wardrobe I purchased had nice leather look pull handles, but the ones I received are nasty black plastic ones. Overall, not impressed with this company, and would not recommend nor purchase from them again

Love all the furniture I have purchased from Novielo London! So many stylish products to choose from which are all great value for money. Furniture comes with clear instructions and are easy to build. Delivery has always been pretty quick and comes within the time frame, if not before. Always looking to purchase more products from here and would recommend to anyone. :)

Just received my lovely Christmas decorations today. Excellent quality, much better than expected! Well packaged also. First class service also. Highly recommend!

I purchased a lovely giraffe toilet roll holder. Very prompt delivery, the product is exactly as described and great quality. I am using it as a kitchen roll holder as I think it's wasted in the loo.

Purchased two fabulous bookcases which look fantastic. Great price free quick delivery and simple to assemble .

Will be purchasing another soon .

We ordered 4 dining chairs, they arrived very quickly but unfortunately had missing parts. Novielo arranged for them to be collected from our house and sent brand new chairs out to which we are thrilled with. They are just as described and very good quality.
We have recieved excellant service and would recommend.

I ordered a wall hanging. When it arrived, it did so via Amazon, that was the first surprise, the second was when I realised I would have to construct the hanging myself (a stag, with antlers and a pipe) with a tiny tube of useless superglue, which couldn't hold a single thing in place. No where, when purchasing it, did it say that customer constructs using superglue. This at £40! What a massive disappointment on top of which, ofcourse Novielo, doesn't pay for returns , so I sent it back cheapest route possible which cost me £7 plus the £2 for the first P&P charge. Do not buy from Novielo without understanding firstly what they are selling you and how it will be delivered - i think they are middlemen for Amazon

Not only received the wrong, colour, the condition and craftsmanship of the the item in BROWN was shocking beyond belief.
Attempting to contact Customer Services by email for refund has been bounced back. No phone number provided on their website.
Guess I now have a useless 'piece' of junk to dispose of. £139.00 for firewood!
Would be nice to get a reply, but that's in the lap of the Gods!

I have been trying to Return a Novielo lamp, I have emailed them for 10 days now on their various emails addresses, customer service, hello and business also social media sites but after 8 requests for a Return Label or Collection Date I have not received any response, nothing!! and of course they have no phone number, do think twice about ordering from this online company as their Returns procedure does not exist Novielo does not care in my case about answering the many emails sent

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

The worst, overpriced, un-buildable chest of drawers, which was delivered to the wrong address, twice.

There is no customer service available, the delivery companies they use are non-contactable, and any problem with an order will not be addressed.

Save yourself the time and effort!

Received a very badly made shoe storage unit. Damaged in several places. Was offered a 75% refund which at first I accepted but then when I got out the baskets realised they were different colours (dirty) I think it was probably either used before or a show piece which had been handled a lot. I asked for a complete refund & for them to collect it. My emails keep getting ignored. My fault I guess for not checking the baskets to start with. I won’t be using this company again!

We received the wrong product and have been trying to contact their customer service for several weeks now without any luck from them.

Their customer service is shocking and not what we expected. From other reviews, we now see that this is a common problem.

Disgrace of a "company". Run by clowns. Spent almost £150 on an item ordered in February 2023 and STILL waiting for delivery and it's now May 2023. Shambles. Company operated by clowns. Am furious. Do not waste your time or money buying anything from this dreadful joke of a company. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!

Poor customer service. Have now communicated through all their platforms with no response. Sadly no telephone contact.
Ordered light fitting from Novielo for it to be received from Amazon Marketplace for less than half the price paid.

Ordered 2 lamps and am very happy with them. I emailed with a question about delivery and received a prompt and polite reply. Good service and quality product.
