Great company to work with. This was my second piece of furniture from Novielo London ad they continue to offer an excellent all round service.
Furniture arrived in a timely fashion, perfectly packed with easy to use instructions.
The ladder bookshelf and cupboard are the perfect addition to the room.

Sadly, they ran out of stock for the bedside cabinets I originally wanted due to reasons beyond their control, however, they very quickly helped me pick a different design, and arranged (at their cost) for the cabinets to be "speed couriered" to me. The two cabinets were easy to assemble, and they look really nice in my bedroom. I am very happy with them, and also the excellent support service provided by their team.

Awful customer services they do not get back to you my order status has been received for 3 weeks but they took my money straight away.

##UPDATE# X2 17 emails later and still no resolution. Excuse after excuse. Blaming the courier for the delay in picking up my damaged item. Chargeback from credit card company my only option now. Awful experience.
Replacement item also arrived (after 3 weeks) damaged. Terrible quality piece of furniture. No phone number to even try and contact this company.
Item arrived damaged. Emailed the company who responded after 4 days asking for photos. Photos sent. Company responded then asking for part numbers which I had already supplied. Supplied these again and have had no response from the company and no replacement parts or item. There is no telephone number to phone and my emails are being ignored. Paid £150 for this table and it's of extremely poor quality. Awful customer service.

I have been trying to get a refund for 5 months for something that wasn’t delivered but no one will even reply to me!

Ordered figures as an extra for a present, the standard of which was extremely poor and looked nothing like product advertised. Make a query via website for refund which was ignored and subsequently followed returns and policy send figures back tracked delivery. I have since tried to contact company via different mediums but yet no reply or refund today. No acknowledgment, thankfully the product order was of low value. Avoid giving this ‘company’ your customer unless you wish to give your money away.

Ordered christmas baubles as fun xmas gift, payment processed and no product! Emailed customer service and was replied to by Sarah, who could be anyone to be fair, absolute no use! Stated they were chasing order up and eventually said they had resent order. It is now 6 weeks from original order and still haven't received either order. My repeated requests for a refund have been ignored and it is only possible to contact them via the email, no phone number. The whole thing has been a joke. Please do not order from them and read all the reviews! You will be wasting your money and your time chasing them.

Very efficient service from ease of ordering to delivery .The item was well packaged & was delivered ered quickly.

My experience with them wasn't too painful, I was able to return an unwanted item, my damaged item they asked me to return and they'd cover the cost, however they asked me to get it to a post office but I couldn't lift it and there was no way the post office would take it. So they refunded me, I was left lumbered with the item but I found it a home eventually. The kicker though is that EVERY item I ordered was half the price on Amazon, they are effectively middle men. Whatever you like, you'll find on Wayfair or Amazon for much less, not an Amazon fan but at least it's a proper company to deal with.

**UPDATE** DON'T TOUCH WAYFAIR, they have dive bombed, since I wrote this, see WF review, one of many about them being really bad now.

I have ordered from this company before and was happy with my purchases. However, this time a very large heavy mirror arrived damaged, I photographed the damage and asked for a replacement mirror. I was told to return the mirror and when they received it then they would send a replacement. The shipping label attached to the email won't open and Ive emailed several times and no reply. Im now stuck with a mirror and no way to return it. The real kicker is that I could have bought this mirror from Barnyard Designs £30 cheaper and the lamp I paid £35 for is in Dunelm for £8. Needless to say if I can ever get a returns address the overpriced lamp is going back too
Update: The company gave me a generous discount off the mirror for all the hassle and I finally got a returns address for the lamp.

Just like most other reviews on here, ordered and never received any order. Waiting 3 weeks, 4 emails including a message on instagram and never got a respond. Rang the bank and got they money back straight away!

They can post all day in social media and send you newsletter but can not respond to complaints about your order!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS!!!

We ordered through the website and was called a few days later to be informed the delivery will be next day. We then informed them we are away that day but they insisted the driver will still visit the house and try to deliver the goods which of course was pointless as no one was in. We then tried to re schedule our delivery through the company that called us only to be told this was not possible as actually the order was placed via EBAY!!! So the crux of it is this company buy through Ebay then add on a premium and charge extra through the website and i can only assume our order is back with the original ebay seller which of course we do not have the details of. There is no contact number so we have emailed to find out if we can get our order or a refund so lets see what happens!!!

The bookcase arrived safely and we could not be happier - it was easy to assemble, of great quality and looks extremely stylish too, have had lots of compliments on it. Plus it was fantastic value for money! Excellent customer service too. Would highly recommend.

Be warned, Novielo is a reseller with huge markup. I bought 2 items from them totalling £154. The supplier Songmics delivered the items, their bill was £58.40.

Wish I could give less than one star.
I ordered a single sofa and after the delivery delay we contact customer support to find out they had no more stock. Nearly three months later we still waiting for our 250 pound to be returned. They weren't able to transfer back into our account so was asked by the team to get my bank to raise a charge back. The Novielo team declined the chargeback and once again my bank have had to raise another. You ask for someone to call you and still nothing!

Would never recommend them. Their service is shocking and no care for the customer.

Ordered a knife set from them on sale from £79,99 to £50.00

The item is made of plastic and was all scratched.

Ordered from novielo in June on a pre order as the item I wanted was coming into stock. No item and no contact from them so I emailed. I got a response in July saying that the last one went out for dispatch and was damaged (obvious lie) as I pre ordered within a few minutes of getting the email so I must have been first in the queue for dispatch. They replied saying that the item was due back in stock in 10 days and they would ship it. Now in September with no item and no contact from them, I think I’m going to have to get in touch with the bank to get my money back. Seem like a complete scam to me and the positive reviews on here look really fake

Awful company. Placed an order for an item of furniture on 1st August with payment taken the same day. No confirmation of despatch, delays in emails being answered. As at today, 25th August, still no sign of my item. Despite being advised that it has been despatched, and despite asking for a tracking number, I have received nothing - no tracking number and no sign of order. Have requested a refund but no reply. No telephone number to ring. Awful company to work with.

This is the worst company to deal with. I ordered 2 pieces from their website. Not only I never actually received any emails from them but only 1 part of the order arrived. After almost a month of waiting they claimed they have sent me a new replacement for my 2nd missing piece and it never came. I asked for a refund and I was told within 2-3 working days I will get my money back. It has now been 2 weeks, no money in my bank account, contacted them again and they said the payment shows as successful from their side so they can't do anything. Stay away from them.
