Ordered 6 items on the 22nd of May, half of them have arrived.

Shipping is stated as 5-7 Days on their website.

Countless emails and no response from them about when I can expect the balance of the stuff, keep saying it has been dispatched but never getting anything.

Honestly feel robbed and have asked for my money back with no joy.

Really poor and would not recommend buying from them at all.

Very happy with my purchase, very easy to (single-handedly) assemble, everything included (no need to search for screwdrivers etc).

Ordered coffee table and was delivered with only the planks of wood, and 5 plastic legs that look so different from the website. The worse part, it came without screws and instructions, so basically I paid £100 for pieces of wood/plastic. I e-mailed but no reply, tried to message them on social media, still nothing. Terrible terrible customer service!

Ordered a coffee table and have only recieved half the product. Lots of items are missing and we’re now unable to assemble the table.

Have tried contacting them over email and social media but have had no response for nearly 2 weeks and they have no phone number to call! Awful customer service.

We ordered this neat little coat/shoe rack for our living room in our new home. We wanted something a little quirky and this works perfectly for us! Easy to assemble (we are relatively new to DIY!) and looks gorgeous in our front room. The wooden affect looks lovely and it’s quality is quite sturdy. Many thanks!

I ordered a shelving system that was “on offer” at £44. The name on the box was Marco Polo and looking it up online I found they sold it for £20! When I was contacted by Keeley to ask if I was happy with my purchase I told her I felt ripped off and asked for a partial refund. 13 days later I haven’t had any response despite several emails. I suspect they are waiting until it’s too late for me to return for a refund. Please shop around because this company are a rip off with crap customer service.

The website was easy to use and place my order. Canvas arrived very well packaged the canvas it amazing and perfect for what I wanted. Customer service is excellent even received a follow up email to make sure I was happy with my purchase.
Would definitely buy from these again and would recommend.
