Paid £65 for a coffee table and still received nothing after 6 weeks. They emailed to ask if I'm happy with the product, but are not answering any emails, social media, don't have a phone number and only have a mailbox address, not their office. Scammers.

I have used the company for the first time earlier this year. I made a mistake while assembling the unit and literary drilled holes on the main panel where they shouldn't have been. I failed to follow the assembly instructions which was entirely my fault. I then emailed the customer services, desperate to check if I can purchased the damaged panel additionally. I was nicely surprised when they sent me a new panel for free (and free delivery!!!).
This really is an exemplary customer service which many other companies can look up to.
I am extremely pleased not only with the purchase but the way all was dealt with. I have received a response to my email on the day and they also followed up...

Took payment and confirmed order. Heard nothing more for over a week. When I contacted them to ask where the order was they are out of stock. Why show an item in stock, accept the order and take payment and don’t even contact the customer when you’re not going to fulfil the order? They suggested replacing with sone wildly different alternatives that are no good. Waiting to hear what’s next. A disappointing and poor first experience with a new company.

Really lovely canvas, nice quality, even comes with its own wall fittings, not the fastest supplier but worth the wait, very reasonably priced, will definitely use again.

Can you please explain why my order with you has arrived in Amazon packaging and that this exact same product that you have charged me £39 for, is available through Amazon at £14.99? You have ripped me off and this message will be posted on all of my social media platforms! Absolute disgrace.
If you are a potential customer looking to purchase, may I suggest that you check other sellers before buying from this disreputable company.
Update. Since posting this review, we have been in touch with this company and Keeley in particular, who has offered various solutions, one of which we found acceptable. She is a credit to the business. However, it will not change the advice we gave in the above - shop around for the best price!

I purchased a TV stand which I managed to damage during construction. Novielo were extremely helpful in very quickly arranging for replacement parts - great customer service!

I ordered some goods on the 31/1 and as at 30/3 they have still not arrived. I have now been told 3 times they are out with the courier and have been reordered. There is either a serious problem with their supply and delivery chain or they are not telling me the truth. It is a shame as some great stuff in their online shop but I would not buy any of it based on experience to date. Steer we’ll clear.

The quality of products are very good delivery and communication is excellent.

As advertised, love my table, have had lots of compliments from friends already! Good value too.

I’ve recently bought a desk and a New York fire escape wall piece and I absolutely love how they look in m the corner of my dining room that I use as an office. The desk is sturdy and really good quality and the fire escape piece is just such fun to look at. Thanks Noveilo

Ordered 2 items, 1 came, 1 has mysteriously disappeared. Email after email resulted in a fob off excuse about the courier (after finally responding), still waiting after 3 weeks despite the "3 - 5 working days delivery". Also the item which was delivered is very over-priced for what it is, shoddy compared to what it's advertised as. Will never shop with these cowboys again which is a shame because I do like a lot of their stuff.

The picture arrived in good time and well packaged. Very easy to hang with the clips provided.

Will certainly recommend and return for another one soon

I looked on line at an led light fitting they had said in stock for immediate delivery, the item was £119.00 later that night i looked on ebay and amazon both had the same light for £64.99 supplied by the same firm.
The only way to contact them is by email to which they didn't reply as i asked to cancel my order or price match. They never answered the email and the goods arrived later than i delivery date.
I would never recommend buying from here.

Lovely, good value for look, coat and shoe rack - perfect for the space required in my hallway. Really easy to assemble, completed it on my own with the enclosed tool. Simple ordering from the App, good communication and quick delivery. Nice company to deal with.

Ordered corner shelves over 2.5 months ago and they have still not arrived with still no ETA. I was told over a month ago they were in but the warehouse was short staffed - I have now been told they are waiting for a delivery.
Customer service has no contact number "because of covid"
