It's always a little nervy ordering furniture online but I really wasn't disappointed with what we received. Yes it's flat packed but its so well labeled and really easy to put together - there are even spares of all the screws. The tools that are supplied to enable you to complete the job are so helpful. All our friends have commented on how stylish and good the furniture looks. Since my first order I've ordered more furniture. The only downside was the delivery - no notification as to when it was turning up! However this is a small gripe and it won't stop me ordering again. Lastly - received a very nice email from Keeley asking if everything was alright with our purchases - nice touch makes you feel like a valued customer!

Initial issue with supply; customer service Team (Keeley) kept me updated and informed of delivery situation at all times. Excellent communication and offered me a solution to item not in stock.
Great quality items and will continue to purchase from Novielo in the future.

While browsing for some furniture for our newly decorated lounge we came across Novielo and really liked some of the furniture styles. I ended up ordering a unit for the lounge and when it arrived a few days later I was really impressed with the quality - very sturdy and easy to assemble.

I was really impressed with the quality for the price I would happily purchase more from them.

Received one part of my order, highly satisfied with the product and service. Second item in order, was apparently noticed to be damaged before dispatch, a refund was promptly offered or a replacement which would take a few weeks to fulfill. I opted for a refund, which was very quickly processed. Highly recommend this company and the customer service was second to none. Would definitely trade again! Thank you.

I have previously used this company and delivery had taken two weeks longer then stated.

My most recent order which was placed on the 26/12/2021 still hasn't arrived despite stating delivery would take between 7-10 Working days.
NOT OVER 7 Weeks and still with no order.

Very hard to get responses from the company regarding this issue and still no delivery date confirmed.

VERY poor.

Still waiting for product. No way to contact them except by email. Replies (usually about a week) with lies about delivery date. Lie after lie after lie. Asked to speak to management, no response. Utterly disgraceful. NEVER EVER USE THIS CONPANY.

Original shelf ordered went out of stock but we weren't informed until we had to contact customer service to see why it hadn't arrived. They swiftly replaced it with a slightly more expensive model with no additional cost. The item came damaged in two places (though not visible once built) and customer service offered to send replacement parts. Sadly it was built already and we did not want to dismantle so they offered a 10% discount. While it was not the best experience product-wise, Keeley at customer service went above and beyond to salvage the situation. She managed to turn the experience around so the stars are for her.

Great products, good prices. Easy ordering and delivery was within expected time. I didn’t give 5 stars as my only criticism is that there was no notification for delivery so it was lucky someone was home.

I ordered my tables and asked for a quicker delivery window and they were more than happy to help with excellent customer service and quality products. Very happy with this company and I will be coming back for more !

Easy to assemble. Really reasonably priced. Attractive tv cabinet with good space for everything. Great customer service.
