My experience is much the same as others. First it took forever to receive anything from the company. Then they sent the wrong item and when I contacted them and requested a return shipping address and refund for an item I did not order, they refused and offered me a 30% refund... for a dress that is hideous. They said I could sell it on marketplace. I doubt it... it is hideous.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
TERRIBLE clothing company! They actually admitted in an email to me that they sent the wrong dress but would not compensate me the total amount or send the dress I originally ordered. They would only compensate me 30%. Why should I have to pay for their mistake??? They said I could keep the dress they sent by mistake. Hilarious!!! Like that would make up for their mistake and I should be happy with that.

takes forever to get the clothes (3 mos), and 2 out of the 3 items i ordered they sent me the wrong thing. Quality of items is poor. when i alert them to the fact they sent me wrong dress, they said "other people like the one you got a lot, sending back to china is going to cost you so much money and so here's 10% back."

This website is a scam, I ordered 4 items and 3 of the 4 items were wrong. I thankfully payed through PayPal and though it’s been kind of discouraging at first I hope they will do the right thing. It took 4 weeks and 1 day to get merchandise and it says different on their website. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
Scam website! They steal photos and videos from other social media accounts for their website. Items never ship. Customer service just gives you the run around. Thankfully I used PayPal & disputed immediately.
