Right from the first message Scotts very informative and doesnt push you in to anything atall. He calls when he says he replies straight back to messages even now after my procedure he still checks in with advice and helpfull tips and recommendations. And Kerry who sorts aftercare is exactly the same very helpful the whole procedure its just execellent from start to finish. Thanks alot!

Had a great experience with these guys. Karl was great on the lead up to the operation with all the info i needed and taking the time to answer all the questions.
Surgery was as expected with no complaints.
After care was 100% with Kerry, daily calls and texts to keep an eye on my progress. 100% recommend these.

Recently just had my hair done,the day itself was pretty rough, but manageable,but the care I have received from john davey before and after has been priceless. Any question you have anytime of day pretty much he's there to help you,probably wouldn't have went through with it without John's guidance thanks

I visited the clinic in Manchester on 26th of September for a hair transplant the procedure was pretty straightforward but what I will say is “prepare yourself for the swarm” haha. All the staff were very polite and Dr munir was very informative on the steps of the procedure his technicians did a very good job although it’s been a little under 2 weeks I’m confident I will have exactly what I wanted I will be back for an update in the coming months .
The aftercare from John Davey was second to none absolute gentleman that was on the other end of the phone/txt morning and night he kept me right with daily step by step instructions and reassurance and you couldn’t ask for a better person to be honest!!! I am very happy with the outcome and anyone reading this pre-op or just 1 step away from taking the plunge just go for it you will be a happy person!!! I had lined up turkey to go get the procedure but I found now cosmetics and did my research on them and found a lot of very very happy patients and a lot of before and after pictures of patients hairs and that was enough for me !!! Thanks again
UPDATE: it’s been a little over 5 months from I had my procedure and I can honestly say it was the best decision I ever made I look and feel a new man my hair has grown quickly some people don’t see this growth till the 8-9 month mark !!! I am very happy I chose now hair thanks Dr Munir and team

The aftercare for me was what makes this a procedure I'd recommend to others. After a quite painful surgery (to be expected) my aftercare consultant was pretty much available 24/7 every step of the way no question was to silly or tedious for her to answer 10/10 experience

I’ve had friends that have traveled to Turkey for their treatment but for me I wanted to comfort and reassure from having the surgery done in the Uk.
From the first call with Scott he made me feel at easy and went though everything in fine detail and wasn’t pushing for the sale which I liked, having looked around at other company and their packages Now Hair was by far the best out there,
Scott was on hand for any questions I had and the booking process was easy, I had booked in for April but after arriving and having my blood pressure checked I found out I had High blood pressure which I was unaware of, the clinic and Scott gave me advice and after seeing my doctor and getting it under control I was able to book in my Surgery which Scott helped sort out with easy,
On the day of surgery I was dropped off ( which I recommend ) the clinic is easy to get to by car and public transport it was clean and all the staff are friendly and helpful.
After seeing the doctor and speaking about the surgery and hair line I was made to feel at ease, your then taken into your room and prepared for surgery , it’s very uncomfortable and a long day but your looked after all the way thought the surgery.
Once your finished your given advice on what to do next and give your medication and offered the additional treatment , Your then handed on to Kerry in the after care team who is Amazing and talks you thought the next steps and has daily contact with you and available for any questions and follow up every call with a message detailing what was spoken about.
Once your healed Kerry hands you back to Scott who is on hand to help with the next stage

I got my hair transplant almost 2 weeks ago now so haven't seen the full results but can honestly say I am already delighted with how it's looking. Kerry gave me all the information I needed and was very honest about what to expect. The aftercare has been brilliant and Kerry has guided me through the process and I already feel back to myself. I'd recommend anyone thinking about it to reach out and have the initial conversation to see if it's what you want to do. What a great experience I rec'd from Now Hair cosmetic surgery. I was initially a little reluctant to have a 2nd procedure, as the FUT procedure I had in 2016 was very painful.
The staff, surgeon and
Liason guy John were absolutely great at Now Hair, couldnt ask for a better experience, very helpful, put you at ease all the way through. My surgery was carried out on 10th September 2024. No pain this time after surgery, and virtually back to normal within 10 days. Definitely recommend Now Hair to all guys and girl's thinking of having a hair transplant. The surgery is easy to get to in Harrow, 2 minutes walk from the Premier inn.

John was great help throughout the process. No question was too big or too small for him and he was even able to be contacted on the weekend. Highly recommended.

This is my second review of Now Hair, having now reached 6 months since my hair transplant. I am writing a follow on review as when I was researching Now Hair many of the reviews were directly after the surgery so I found it hard to find evidence of actually hair growth results.

In short, I have been absolutely blown away by my results, I have a full head of hair now and I’m only 6 months in. It’s borderline changed my life, I am so much more confident with my hair back and my wife says my hair looks better than it has done in the last 10 years!

Big shout out to Kerry who I still believe my great hair growth is down to her initial aftercare!

I had my surgery at the start of May 2024 and am absolutely blown away by the results after just 5 months. Lots of compliments from friends and family and feel super happy with my results.

Had my surgery the end of July, all went smoothly, it's a long uncomfortable day but all worth it. New hair starting to come through now so looking forward to seeing the end results.
Scott was who contacted me after I enquired and he was very helpful, lots of info given about the process and never pressured me into having it done. Aftercare was with kerry and she was great, spoke indepth every other day with how to look after donor and transplanted area, reassured any doubts I was getting.
