My time with Now Hair so far has been absolutely fantastic! I was very anxious in making the decision to have the procedure after speaking to different companies, but a 20 minute phone call with Karl he put me at ease. His knowledge and experience really is second to none and I wasn't pushed at all into making a decision. The day was so straight forward and hassle free. I was then was passed onto Kerry who is their aftercare nurse and she is phenomenal! she checked in daily, 7 days a week and was so reassuring and helpful. I've recently been passed back to Karl who has advised me with medications to use and what to expect over the next few months and we plan to keep in contact going forward for any concerns or queries I may have.

I couldn't recommend Now Hair any higher! Absolute No Brainer!

Couldn't ask more much more, amazing customer care from before the procedure to the clear step by step aftercare, every question answered before having to even ask. Would highly recommend Now Hair to anyone wanting a transplant.

I was recommended to Now Hair by a friend of mine.

It took me quite some time to decide to go ahead with the procedure, but once I had decided to go ahead I phoned Karl.
Karl was great and a pleasure to talk to, really made me feel comfortable and that I would be in safe hands.

In all honesty I was looked after really well through the entire procedure and the after care has been superb.

I would highly recommend Karl and his team to anyone looking to have a hair transplant. It’s a big decision which they truly understand and will guide you through it every step of the way. Still early stages but I’m super happy with how it’s going.

The post surgery care is beyond exceptional. Kerry and Karl are there for you the whole way. They ensure you know what to do and expect before and during. Then afterwards you pretty much have daily contact. Ensuring you are doing as you should and that you are ok. Very impressive.

Exceptional Service & aftercare.
Fantastic service from start to finish. Within 30 minutes of leaving my procedure I had a message from Kerry the NOW nurse checking in to ensure I was ok & that everything had gone well with the procedure. Checked in with me daily for the first 3 days. Then every 2 days depending on progress. It really put my mind at ease, along with my family knowing that any queries I had would be answered immediately.

Very helpful all the way, throughout the build up, and post surgery! The surgery was done swiftly and well. Would very much recommend to anyone looking into getting a hair transplant.

I have been thinking about a transplant for a while but always ended up putting it off. I spoke with Karl and he explained the procedure and it gave me the confidence to go for it. The procedure itself was exactly as described by Karl. He was always available to offer advice and support. Post surgery, Kerry was brilliant. She spoke to me nearly every day over the Christmas period to give me advice and check up on my progress. I followed her advice closely and my recovery was really smooth and I felt in control throughout. It has only been just over a month since my surgery so too early to comment on the results, but for anyone unsure about using Now Hair, don’t be. The service they provide is excellent and they really care about their customers. Highly recommended.

I'm currently passed my 12 month mark of having my transplant and I can not recommend these guys enough! Completely tranformed my life and boosted my confidence! Hair is better than ever! The aftercare is unreal, guys always at hand if you have any questions! Glad I chose now hair to have my transplant! Definitely recommend if you're on the fence!

I was thinking about having a hair transplant for some time but always came up with an excuse not too.Until I met Karl from Now Hair no hard sell just the facts no rush with the consultation either, Karl always had time to answer all my questions, and was totally honest which is so refreshing these days .After coming away from our first meeting I was convinced I was with the perfect company and to have my transplant in London that just clinched it.Everything leading up to my procedure day was perfect,the calls from Karl and Kerry the words of advice just put me at ease.The surgery went really well and the consultant surgeon and his team of doctors and nurses couldn’t have done enough I was highly impressed,but what sets Now hair above all the other companies out there is the superb aftercare carried out by Kerry advice and consultations followed nearly every other day and also messages (even over the Christmas period )the aftercare has been fantastic

I honestly couldn’t recommend Now Hair enough. John has been amazing from start to finish and was always quick to reply to any questions I had. My procedure took place in Manchester on Saturday 20th December, and he talked me through everything before and after, which made the whole thing feel really easy and stress-free. At first I thought this was too good to be true and thought it wasn’t true, after speaking to John over the phone, he answered all the questions I had and put my mind at ease. John helped me through my experience, he was very helpful throughout the build up to surgery and the post 2 weeks, and the best thing was that I had all the admin side done for me! I’m currently on day 15 post surgery and very happy with my experience!

Really professional service, felt confident everyone from the pre-op advisor, the doctors and nurses to the aftercare staff really knew their stuff which made a stressful experience alot easier. Now to just wait and see the end result!

I had 3,950 hair follicles transplanted to give me my hairline back on the 12.12.25, I am writing this review two weeks later on the 26.12.25. The experience has been really positive helped by tremendous aftercare. All concerns dealt with in a very professional manner on a daily basis over the 14 days post treatment. I would definitely recommend the process as the process has had multiple benefits for me personally.
