My experience has been first class post, during and after surgery. The attention to detail by Now Cosmetic Surgery has been impressive. There knowledge and explanation of all aspects of the procedure is very reassuring. Kerry has been truly amazing supporting me every step of the way with planning, after care regime and being available to answer all my questions effectively and so quickly. She is an asset to the Now Cosmetics surgery. I would thoroughly recommend these guys if like me you appreciate 'attention to detail'

Straight from my initial consultation with John my experience was very positive. John was extremely knowledgeable with a very down to earth personality and explained everything in full. My procedure at the clinic was easy and painless. My recovery was well look after with John checking in on me every day. O was fully healed in 8 days. Overall I would recommend now hair 100%

I had a great experience with Now Hair - I called almost all the hair clinics on the north of the UK it is a mine field, there is very differing advice and costs involved. I felt a lot of companies are push to get the business an sell you products. With Now I was contacted by a lovely lady Kerry who was very laid back but very informative and knowledgeable she didn’t push anything on me and explained step by step what I could expect

I went to Manchester clinic an on the day it was exactly as described and I personally didn’t find it too painful

The maintenance after the transplant is the hardest part particularly for the first 5 days but I was guided every step of the way by Kerry who calls you as planned regularly and requests photos but it’s imposing at all. She was always on the end of the phone to answer any doubts I had . The aftercare was fantastic

Kerry sold it to me with her professionalism and she delivered on every thing she explained. Although I’m only 14 days post transplant everything is looking good and I would 100% recommend Now hair to anyone looking at a transplant

Ive recently had my 2nd transplant and I couldn't recommend them highly enough from start to finish, Kerry and Karl were absolutely amazing in there care from before the transplant to after care , Kerry goes above and beyond to make sure your looked after, if I ever need another transplant I would choose these again

I am just less than 2 weeks on from surgery and so far super impressed. Like most tried multiple clinics uk and abroad and after speaking to Karl my mind was set especially the fact they don’t chase you like others do after talking spoke volumes. I had my hair transplant done at Now Cosmetic Surgery in Manchester on July 1st and the whole experience has honestly been life changing. Before the surgery, I was really self-conscious about my hair, to the point where I’d stopped going to the gym and even stopped taking care of myself because I just thought what is the point?

After saving up for a long time and doing loads of research, I decided to go with this clinic and thank god I did. From start to finish, they’ve been incredible. My results started coming through around 3 months in, and my hair has been growing fast and looking better every week.

A huge shout out to Scott, who has been just a WhatsApp message away since the day I booked it earlier in the year. I’m a bit of a worrier, and the fact that one single customer like me could get that level of care and attention is honestly something special. I’ve never experienced better customer service anywhere.

Another massive thanks to Kerry from aftercare, she was an absolute star during those first two weeks post surgery, which are definitely the most fragile and anxious stage. She called regularly to check in and helped with all the little worries I had while sitting at home.

The day of the surgery itself was nice and easy but I won’t lie it does hurt a lot at first, kind of like getting a tooth out but with many needles rather than just one to numb the head. My advice for anyone going would be to park at the Q car park, walk to the clinic, and stay at a local hotel that night. I was back in my own bed the next day with my wife looking after me, and I took two weeks off work - stress free and followed everything they asked me to do. Which I honestly think helped my hair grow faster!

I also started taking finasteride and minoxidil about 15 days after surgery for the first time and have had no side effects, just thicker, healthier hair.

All in all, I couldn’t recommend Now Cosmetic Surgery more highly. If you’re on the fence do it. I’ve got my confidence back, I feel like myself again, and I finally have a hairline that looks great.

Aftercare is second to none, it's a big thing surgery but kerry was available all hours of the day answering any questions. Kerry was honestly perfect making sure i was aware of where i was at, ringing every other day as well as advising on what i should be doing when i should be doing it. 100% recommend for the aftercare!!!

I thought long and hard before deciding on which company to use, I'm so glad I chose Now Hair, right from the start they were amazing, the communication and professionalism was outstanding, everything was explained and the aftercare post operation by Kerry, i was not expecting, she rang everyday for 2 weeks asking for photos and explaining exactly what i should be doing to maximise results, then after that, Karl the CEO gets and keeps in touch, a really friendly professional service from start to finish,

Like many people, I probably looked in the mirror several times and dreamt of something that I thought was unachievable or something I wouldn’t be able to go through or even something I couldn’t afford until I spoke to Karl. The moment I spoke to Karl all of that changed! Suddenly this looked like something I could potentially go through, the whole process was explained to me thoroughly with nothing but complete honesty and factual information was given to me. At no point whatsoever was anybody pestering me, calling me, nagging or pushing any sales like you will get with other places, Karl is professional and will answer your questions and you’ll not hear from him until your ready to go to the next stage.
Once I made that all important decision I was kept in the loop of the do’s and don’ts in the run up to my surgery offering me any kind of peace of mind.
The surgery day itself was a complete whirlwind of emotions as you can imagine, this isn’t an easy day of course but what I can tell you is that it is very much worthwhile and this one hard day will change the rest of your life. The day is also made easier by the amazing doctors I had on the day.
Where to even start with the aftercare! This was incredible! You’ll be looked after by a woman called Kerry who you’ll see mentioned in other reviews and like me you’ll just read them and think yeah ok… HOWEVER before the surgery had even finished I was greeted with a message from Kerry and that’s when the recovery process began and for the next all important 2 weeks after surgery I gained someone that was like a new friend that was on the other end of the phone daily to ensure everything was ok day and night! Kerry is very knowledgeable, she literally breaks everything down for you, and recaps all the conversations in text messages which is great for my memory, she clearly does have some kind of nursing background etc, and when I say she knows everything to do with a hair transplant she really really does.
Every business needs a Kerry!
Now I’m really looking forward to seeing how my hair progresses now over the following months, this time last year I thought a hair transplant was totally unachievable but thanks to this amazing company I can now sit back, relax and start to enjoy looking in the mirror again.
If you can take anything from this review my advice is to just ring them up and go for it, you will NOT regret it.

Kerry guided me through the whole process, step-by-step. Her knowledge, experience and professionalism really eased any nerves or worries I had prior to booking.

The day of surgery couldn’t have gone any smoother, the surgeon and his technicians were very friendly and warming. It was a very slick, well organised process. (Tip: pop some headphones in, sit back, relax and just know you’re in safe hands) The day was over before I knew it.

The aftercare and follow ups have been second to none. No question is to silly and they respond to you almost straight away. I’m a bit blown away by the care I’ve received and it fills me with so much confidence going forward. I cannot wait to see what the next few months bring.

If you’re on the fence about having a hair transplant (like I was) just get on the phone with these guys for 10 minutes, they are a breath of fresh air, not only am I going to get my hair back, I also now know more about hair loss and hair growth than I ever did.

My experience with Now Hair has been amazing so far. From the very first moment i was put with Karl i knew i was in good hands. All after care was explained in good detail and throughly explained at every stage. Kerry was also very uselful helping me maintain my hair and check over me the past 2 weeks.
