After years of worrying about my hairline I finally took the plunge.

I got in contact with Now Hair after seeing their reviews and so far they have lived up to their reputation. I spoke with John who talked me through the process, how the company operates and what to expect in the long term. Our call felt like a genuine chat, which ultimately sold the idea of choosing Now Hair to me.

I had my hair transplant last week in London and it couldn’t have gone any better, the day was easier than expected, well organised and the team went out their way to make sure I was comfortable and well looked after. My consultant John has been in touch with me since, checking in on me and answering any questions I have, even out of hours, (sorry John) he’s been a lifesaver.
Surgery can be quite nervy but I’ve felt like I’ve been in very safe hands from the beginning and for that I can’t recommend them enough. I’m now in contact with some other people who have used Now Hair in the past, who’ve since had great results, which fills me with a lot of confidence. I’m excited to see what the next 6-12 months brings and will update my review in that time…

Now to be patient and to wait for the growth but I’m relieved to know that by summer my hairline will be back to where it was ten years ago

Important to know that Now Hair connects you to good hair transplant clinics and clearly provides exceptional aftercare, but some might wrongly assume they are a hair transplant company with their own clinics, whereas they are actually brokers who book the transplant for you and provide support afterwards. For those who are unsure which clinic to use or worried about having enough support during the healing process it might be more peace of mind to pay the extra, but I feel it's too unclear on their website (and in their messages used phases like 'we shave to the scalp', 'our surgeons' etc.) Apparently they do ensure you are seen by GMC registered doctors too and signpost people for additional PNP etc. Once you know what the company does you can make an informed decision. Personally I decided to go straight to the clinic, whose aftercare has also been very good, and saved £1000. Other people might want the assurance of extra support and help to navigate the options.

He always got straight back to me and put me at ease. You can tell when someone really dose care and it's not just a job to them.

I have just completed my hair transplant at Now Cosmetic Surgery under the expert guidance of Dr Munir who explained in great detail what the day would entail which put my mind at ease immediately.

His staff were all first class and so attentive from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for them, if you are contemplating having a hair transplant this is undoubtedly the place to visit.

Fantastic two weeks post op on the day went very fast almost pain free the team were great the star of the show is John his help and advise was superb great guy big thankyou made the process a lot easier

Having been researching the right clinic for over 4 years believe me i have checked everyone out from uk and turkey, i decided to check out now hair and chatted with Karl, super great guy and was nearly convinced but was talking to other companies also. Now here is the deal breaker i asked Karl if he could match the other company i was in talks with to do 5000 grafts in the one hit and i was astounded that Karl said NO and he would rather not have the business as that many grafts would damage my donor area and it was at that point that i decided to use Karl and NOW HAIR as not one other company said that and i was impressed that Karl and his company refused my business as it wasn’t right for me the customer no matter what i said or any amount of money i offered Karl was robust and said NO. That was the deal breaker for me, So on to the day i went to London with the Mrs she did some shopping, i was in the treatment room within 30 minutes after the consult and the procedure was underway, two nurses started then the surgeon came and did his bit then the planting of the grafts and a big thank you to the clinic and the 2 nurses who were amazing all day and kept me informed and took away any fears i had and also the surgeon once again amazing, and out by 4pm on the way home. This is were the after care comes in and is so so so important, i was contacted by Kerry Sunday morning day after my procedure and the next 10 days were so so crucial but Kerry had it under control and a big thankyou to Kerry she guided me through every day and quashed any issues i had THANKYOU KERRY now 2 weeks in im a different guy the hair looks amazing and there are no issues whatsoever and the new me is now happier than ever its now another 2 to 6 months ahead and i have the full support of Karl and Kerry genuinely I can’t thank now hair enough thanks guys RICH HALL

Brilliant company to deal with, very in-depth knowledge of the full process end to end, aftercare is top notch and nothing is too much for these guys. Kerry who looks after you post surgery is on hand throughout and keeps you reassured, nothings too much trouble.
I would highly recommend these guys for anyone considering a hair transplant as they know their stuff and fully support you through the entire journey.

Decided to use Now Hair for my second hair transplant. I found them through trustpilot and trusted in their 5* reviews. I was not disappointed. Outstanding service from start to finish. John was brilliant pre and post-op, always supportive and reassuring. The procedure went flawlessly, and at just day 10 I’m already seeing amazing results. Couldn’t recommend them more highly!

I felt compelled to write this review as the experience ive had with John.D at the company was faultless, John gave me sound advice from before the transplant surgery and got in contact with me every day after for 10 days whilst the recovery period was occurring.

He was on hand to answer the many questions you inevitably have through the process but what I also really liked is he injected confidence into my decision to get it done and squash any of those doubts that pop into your head (will it regret doing it, will it look bad)

Absolutely faultless, first class company! From start to finish & beyond! The communication is excellent. On top of all this,& more to the point for me, i couldn't quite believe how affordable it all was. I was under the impression it was far more expensive than it actually was! If I'd known it was £3500 I'd have opted for a hair transplant a lot sooner than i did. On that note, If you want one.Don't hesitate, just go for it!!

Amazing amazing amazing! Karl was amazing in talking me through the procedure and how it would all go! Making sure I had everything ready for before and after surgery. Kerry was unreal, the attention to the aftercare really had me at ease and really made cleaning and looking after the hair stress free and so easy to follow. Can’t recommend them enough!
