Well after reading all the previous rec=views and putting a transplant off for about ten years I decided to speak to Now Hair..
After talking to Karl I booked my procedure for 4 July.
Very nervous beforehand but the team at the clinic on the day were super friendly and looked after me all day.
Post Op Kerry was on hand straight away to take me through all the post op care you need to follow.
Shes great.
Now two weeks in I am about to start the shedding stage and cant wait for the new hair to start growing back, however to date all the team have been great.

I had my surgery 2 weeks ago and everything looks really impressive already. I had enquired at a few clinics but once I had the first call with Karl I knew that this was the right choice.

Karl was really helpful before the surgery and giving me all the information I needed and what to expect and Kerry was fantastic with the aftercare, and always available when I had further questions.

Overall I’m really happy and would recommend to anyone who is looking to get a hair transplant.

From the initial start of making enquiries Kerry was so helpful answering my many questions and concerns. She talked me through everything from the procedure to the recovery. From the moment i walked through the door everyone was so kind and helpful putting my mind at ease. During the procedure i was being told exactly what was happening and always been asked that I was ok. From reading the many reviews what stuck out was how excellent the after care was. This was true to the word as Kerry phoned me daily checking I was ok, asking to see photos and giving me clear instructions for my after care. If i was unsure or concerned about anything Kerry got straight back to me which was very reassuring. Thank you to Kerry and everyone at Now Hair you have all been wonderful.

The procedure was explained very well, step by step. Staff were very professional and seemed experienced. Staff made me feel at ease. Aftercare well done, staff followed up to check on my healing process to make sure I was using the after care products appropriately to enable a smooth recovery. Couldn’t recommend Now Hair any higher! I had consulted with a few different companies whilst doing my research, but as soon as I had spoken to John and saw all the great reviews i knew that I would be in great hands. My whole experience with them really has been amazing from the initial consultation right up until the last day of my recovery post op. John looked after me the whole way through, checking in daily and reassuring me whenever I had any queries and he really helped to make the whole process as smooth as it went! I am so happy with the results so far and can’t wait to start seeing the growth over the coming months.

Having had a previous transplant procedure with another UK based company in London back in 2017, I was very concerned about the whole process due to very little aftercare/advice, but this time around I have to say, from the the initial phone consultation with Karl (reassured me from the start) the procedure itself and the aftercare/reassuring constant advice with Kerry post transplant (who was fantastic!) my worries were put to bed. To date, I cannot recommend this company enough so sending a big thanks to Karl, Kerry and the whole team at Rochdale (where I had the surgery)

Last year I decided I wanted a hair transplant and did not know much about transplants or even hair loss medications or anything. After researching many different clinics/companies, NOW hair really stood out. I thank John who has been my consultant for everything. This experience has truly been life changing for me. From the first WhatsApp message and phone call from John, he explained everything to me so well and there was never any pressure to go through with anything whereas other clinics I had spoken to were rather pushy and asked me 20+ questions and speaking to John and understanding his knowledge just felt so refreshing and out of this world I knew instantly choosing NOW was the right decision. Don’t get me wrong surgery day was a little unnerving but it went very well with Dr Alosert and his technicians doing a great job. John was on the phone with me straight after surgery and was in touch with me everyday for the recovery explaining hair washes etc. With so many questions in my head after surgery of what to do and what not to do, John was always there and reassured me and made it seem no question was too much or silly. Although looking back at it now I am thinking John has the patience of saint because I asked a lot of ridiculous questions. I didn’t want to leave a review straight away as I wasn’t sure what results I would achieve from the transplant. But as promised John, here is my review. I had nothing to worry about! From old photos pre transplant to photos of now. I can honestly say I’m so happy I done this and even better with NOW and genuinely is down to John. If I hadn’t had him to speak to when first enquiring I probably wouldn’t have gone through with it. My results are amazing. I still have some work to go for my crown but from having no hair at all to now having hair is just amazing. A few more months with finasteride and minoxidil maybe more PRP will thicken the crown to how I would like it but overall I cannot complain because the transformation is truely unbelievable. If anyone is unsure on having a hair transplant with NOW I 100% recommend. Thank you so much. Callum

The entire process from inception to my current stage post surgery has been flawless. I initially reached out to Karl at Now Hair after several years of putting off surgery and trying a variety of products which simply didn’t work and ended up being very expensive. Since reaching and to begin the initial consultations, Karl guided me the entire way up to my surgery day before being passed over to the highly experienced surgeons and their medical team for the most relaxed and professional surgery process I have ever experienced. For reference, this was at the London, Fitzrovia Clinic. Post surgery, I was in the care of Kerry, the Now Hair Nurse who has taken great care of me and again guided me along the right path of aftercare to which has paid dividends as I’m just under 2 weeks post surgery, all scabs have fallen off and the wounds have healed perfectly. Couldn’t be more grateful for the Now Hair team and would 100% recommend.

VERY ethical. Calling round hair transplant companies and I can see why this one is the top rated. Kerry was phenomenal and should I opt for the transplant at some point, it looks like I’ll be going with Now!

FANTASTIC service from start to finish. I am now writing this 5 months after surgery as i wanted to see the results first…
I was flirting with the idea of having a hair transplant for a couple years, and then I came across Now Hair.
I contacted Karl, who went through everything with me in detail, answered every possible query i had & he was so reassuring! He outlined exactly what to expect & he was not pushy at all.
The day of the surgery went very well, both the medical team and surgeon were great!
The after care provided by Kerry was second to none, and she really helped my recovery.

If i could give Karl and Kerry 10 stars, I would!! They are the most amazing, reassuring and lovely people to come across, and this really does matter when you’re making such a big decision.

The whole experience has been great. The surgery day is long but all the staff were very calming and reassuring. My point of contact throughout the whole process, John Davey, was incredible. From day 1 of enquiring about the hair transplant to the final days of aftercare post surgery he has been brilliant. John was very easy to get in contact with if I had any questions. From the initial consultation with John, the whole team was fantastic! Dr Munir took his time to explain the FUE procedure and answered any questions thoroughly. He was upfront about what to expect including recovery timeline and potential results. The staff at the clinic made me feel at ease at all times and they were very professional throughout the day.

Back to John, this guy is absolutely amazing. He was with me every step of the way, he checked in daily after the procedure for the first couple of weeks offering detailed aftercare advice and making sure I was comfortable with the recovery process. John was really helpful throughout the entire process. Gave great advice beforehand allowing me to get adequately prepared, and was available at all times during the recovery phase. Provided helpful suggestions and recommendations to both aid and develop the implants. The surgery itself was well organised and a really simple day. Overall a perfect experience. Now hair are the market leaders when it comes to hair transplants for a reason. Karl the owner is an absolute gentlemen, from our first conversation on the phone I could tell he prioritised customer satisfaction and quality of service. I had booked consultations with several other reputable companies, however after speaking to karl it was clear Now Hair were the right choice for me. The surgeones and technicians are elite level, they know exactly what they are doing and are vastly experienced. It does not end there. The aftercare provided by the delightful Kerry was phenomenal. From the first contact made with John the liaison consultant I can’t say enough of how pleasant something difficult for me to do was made. The team at the clinic were brilliant, lovely people and very professional. The day of the surgery was long but they made it good. They were even super kind towards my wife who waited with me. Can’t thank this brilliant team enough. Following on from the surgery day, John was with me every day available to talk or message until everything was clear.
