Karl has been amazing from start to finish. Always full of advise. I would be recommending him to all my mates and contracts as he was my point of contact with Great advise and always reachable.
No pushy sales technic. The clinic offered great service and after care. Why go abroad when you can be local and go home in your own bed to recover. I’d rather pay the extra than having to deal with airports.
People leave reviews but only soon after the op. I wanted to update the review for how it has worked for me a year later. Ok a year later and I’m so happy with the results. I don’t feel ashamed of the way my head look with the old big fore head front section missing. Now I have my old hair line back like when I was younger. I feel more confident and get more compliments from people who see me after so many years. People think I am younger than I am and I don’t regret doing it at all. The after care and routine I have to follow is nothing when it comes to my confidence. My friends can’t throw
Insults about my hair line with the saying let it go.

After reviewing several hair surgeries. I decided on booking with Now Hair Cosmetic Surgery. John answered all my questions and provided a personal consultation and assessment based on my requirements which having me confidence I was making the right decision and in safe hands. Both Pre and Post calls and support and advise every step of the way made it possible for me undertake the procedure but also recover and start to make progress on my hair growth. The service provided is 5 star and I really can’t thank John enough. Event after six weeks of my procedure is a phone call away to provide me help and advise. I should have looked into it earlier and gone ahead.

So I was originally forwarded to John when I was first interested. I was initially just looking at prices really because I really didn’t want to go Turkey and I always thought the prices in the UK were really expensive.

From the get go John was absolutely brilliant, responded straight away, answered every question I asked, always available to voice call or text. I can’t knock him one bit he was brilliant, I really do recommend him. Even when he was off for a few days and Karl was covering his clients he was just as good.

I did eventually bite the bullet and go for it, on the day and post op yet again John was very helpful, wished me luck on the day and was there to tell me what to and not to do, really did help me a lot and i really am grateful👍

If you are on the fence about making the big decision then just get in touch with John, he’s not pushy or just trying to take your money he really is helpful with everything. 100% recommend.

The entire pre-operation process handled by Karl and post-operation care by Kerry was flawless. Karl did an assessment of my requirements and he was very informative, honest and clear about the entire process from beginning to end. After my operation, Kerry looked after me and I have to say it’s the best customer care service I have experienced ever. She would call when she said, explained the recovery process very clearly and would always follow up with a message. When I had any question, I just sent her a message and it doesn’t matter if it was late evening, she would reply immediately. Kerry has a great talent to patiently explain processes, listen and help in any way she can. I had my hair transplant 2 weeks ago and is healing really well. I could not recommend now cosmetic surgery enough. They’ve been great from start to finish. I originally went on 23rd Dec for this however, I had high blood pressure and the procedure could not go ahead. For all I was gutted the surgeon had a duty of care to ensure I got checked by my GP incase of any health concerns. I went to GP and all was fine and got a covering note and was put down to nerves . I got a cancellation 7th Jan all went really well the surgeon team were great throughout. Kerry Broadbent the coordinator has been amazing, such a lovely lady and approachable. Any questions or concerns I had I could reach out to her and she was always there. She was in contact with me on a regular basic giving guidance on the aftercare and wanted regular pics to check the healing process. I would highly recommend these .. great service throughout. I paid £3500 including a PRP injection great price for the procedure and amazing service.

I had my transplant back at the beginning of November and I'm so pleased with how it's healed and starting to grow. The actual transplant day was smooth and well organised.

John has been an absolute star since day 1 of making contact. Always happy to answer questions, checked in daily after the procedure until I hit the stage where there wasn't daily changes. Even now I can go to him with any questions.

From pre op to post op the service has been nothing but excellent . The surgeons and staff on the op day were so friendly and professional they made feel at ease and I good hands . The after care I’ve received from my go to guy throughout was John, he was absolutely 5star . He’s a great guy always at the end of the phone if I needed advise and reassurance. Looking forward to my results .

The surgery all seems good it’s early days I’m two weeks after surgery. There all good at clinic doing procedure. The care person or team been brilliant told me exactly what to expect before procedure and contacted me every day after procedure asking photos and advising me what to do next made the exspierence a lot less nerve racking. So I got in touch with the company probably around November and I spoke to Carl at first who went through all of the general things regarding the transplant he was very helpful and help me get to the decision of wanting it done which I then got it done on the 17th of December. Knowing how much it cost to get it done I would’ve paid double for the job that has been done. On the day of my surgery it was super easy I went spoke with the lead surgeon and some other nurses etc about what I wanted. I’d be lying if I said it was painless however I can’t stress enough the only painful bit is the first 10 mins of getting anaesthetic. Once it’s set in there’s no pain at all I even fell asleep twice. I was pleased with how they took care of me on the day and over the moon with the job they had done.
Finally the aftercare was amazing the aftercare nurse Kerry was great couldn’t have asked for someone more helpful. I didn’t ask too many questions but it was so reassuring to know that if I had any I could message her. She rang me every couple of days to see how I was doing as it is a bit of a taxing time the 2 weeks after but 110% worth getting done. THANK YOU to all that has helped me to get this done.

As far as a uncomfortable, and somewhat tiring experience getting a hair transplant is, the support I had from Karl and his team especially Kelly who provided invaluable support both mentally and knowledge wise was brilliant.

This made me so much more confident throughout the process ensuring I dis everything correct to get the best result.
