I have purchased 4 jumpers over the years, some cost over €1,000. One of them has a hole where the wok seems to have be weaker. I contacted N Peal if this could be repaired or to send some wool and I could get somebody to repair it.
They haven’t the courtesy to reply. I won’t be dealing with them again.

My first purchase from this store, online.
Beautiful packaging and very quick delivery.
I bought a pair of wristwarmers as I was after a specific colour. The reason for the low rating is the fit. Omg these are so tight on the fingers and wrists, nothing like the Brora wristwarmers I usually buy (Brora didnt have the colour i wanted).
Sadly would not buy again.
Update
I have since returned the wristwsrmers. I just couldn't wear them as is. Much too tight. Such a shame.
Refund already received. Thank you
Why are N.Peal still selling real fur products? Most high end designers stopped doing this years ago.
I have purchased many items from N.Peal over the years, but will now no longer purchase from them because they still use racoon and rabbit fur. This is completely unnecessary. There is no such thing as cruelty free fur. The animals are all inhumanely treated and suffer in the extreme.
It is such a shame that N.Peal is behind the times with this issue as their designs are very good and quality of their cashmere excellent.
Please N.Peal, stop selling fur. Your cashmere is good enough not to need fur on any of it.
N.Peal have a great customer service and generally if there is a fault they are quick to respond, repair or replace if the sizes are wrong.
To some degree the cashmere jumpers slightly fur up and lightly bobble after a time. There cashmere comb is good for removing the bobbles, but surprisingly today using a Clothes Brush flattens the pile down and make them as good as new again. I’ve also hand washed at least once some in cold water using there recommended cashmere wash.Very little dye bleeding when washed right. Hand rinsed and dried flat they also keep there shape. All in all very happy with N.Peal and there products
Hi N-Peal,
Out of the 5 jumpers I have, two have holes, one (the brand new one) looks like it is about to have a hole, the cardigan I hardly wear is fine and the oldest jumper I have is fine.
I have contacted you about this before but was told I had to send them back for a garment review. That was when my blue jumper only had one hole, however now there is another hole in the same jumper.
These are expensive jumpers. The pink and blue ones are a year old and the navy polo brand new.
I have photos of all these but can’t seem to upload them.
I recently ordered gloves and a matching beanie hat. They are both beautiful, soft cashmere. Delivered promptly and well-packaged.

Splendid customer service. I couldn’t have asked for better, both within their store and online. Bravo.
I only ordered a cashmere wash care product but it was well packaged and arrived promptly. I will order again from this brand.
Wonderful jacket, beautifully wrapped and delivered on time.

After having purchased clothes in store I discovered online shopping. The first purchase went great and it came perfectly wrapped ( despite being a sale item) so I thought I have found the perfect gift shop. I proceed a month later with my second purchase (happy Client!) , however whilst the package arrived on time I discovered as I was leaving the house to attend a birthday party I open the parcel only to find out a beanie hat floating around a parcel box with the tickets. Needless to say I ended up attending the party WITHOUT any present as I didn’t have any gift wrap options on a Saturday night. Completely unreliable , I will not be buying gifts anymore in N.Peal online as after complaining I have received a ridiculous response ( not even apologising or acknowledging their mistake) . Very disappointed because I found quality and price but not service.

I’m thoroughly unimpressed by the quality of N.Peal. I was given a James Bond collection sweater as a present, wore it on a handful of occasions over a few weeks and found that the seam between the sleeve and the body had given and it had a big hole.
I contaced N.Peal customer services, I asked it if was possible to return or repair it. They told me they don’t do repairs and if I wanted to return it I needed to provide a slew of photos. As if I needed to qualify the hole before they would start helping.
I took it to a local knitwear repairer, who sorted it for me in less than two mins.
Feel weeks later the other sleeve got a hole between the body and the sleeve. Again, it took two minutes to repair.
This is an unremarkable story. Except for the fact that these jumpers are five hundred quid. Which means they should last longer than between breakfast and dinner and the service should be a bit better than to pre-qualify poor workmanship.
It’s put me off stupid expensive knitwear to be honest - the value proposition and the quality just isn’t there.
****** UPDATE ******
Following N.Peal’s reply - of course I didn’t respond to your email. The right thing to say was ‘sorry the jumper got a hole’, send it back and we’ll sort something out.
Instead you wanted me to take pictures. For what? Do you just love photos of jumpers with holes in them? Because there’s little other logical reason to ask for one.
The only satisfactory way to resolve that is to tell the customer to send it back and you’ll sort it. Especially when the jumper is five hundred quid!
As a time served fan of James Bond - if you’re looking for linkage to the character that has any legitimacy, forget about it. James Bond wouldn’t tolerate a five hundred quid jumper that falls apart. You’re pretenders.
And when you say ‘drop us a line and we can look into it’… did you read what I said? I got it sorted by someone else. Twice. Because you wanted me to take pictures. So how are you going to look into it?
Save the PR flannel and improve your customer care processes.

Wow - what a service. Ordered on the Thursday and was delivered the next day and that in amongst the Christmas post. Packaged beautifully and the loveliest quality. Worth every penny. Thank you.

I live in Australia, ordered online. I was looking for a good quality fine knit baby cardigan. I’m very happy with my purchase. It’s warm, a nice navy in colour and soft wool.

007 should be saving the world or at very least be relaxing at a stylish establishment in Knightsbridge but no, James Bond can’t make it, he’s at home with sellotape and scissors in hand, packing his white cashmere polo to send back to N.Peal because it arrived with a black mark/stain on the front of it.
This is sadly my experience, an experience that wouldn’t usually bother me and certainly wouldn’t prompt me to go to the extreme of writing a review, honestly I wouldn’t of wrote a review if it would of been a more expensive product from say flannels or the like, but when a business that markets and portrays its self how N.Peal does, using such pompous language etc, you would like to think that basic quality control was a given at very least.
The black mark on the front of the white cashmere polo was a million miles away from the promised/ensured/expected N.Peal business model, the symbolism of a black mark on a delicate white cashmere piece of luxury clothing from a company like N.Peal is frightening, it ain’t 1936 any more and I believe that N.Peal is just another schmuck… a very well spoken one. DISGUSTING!

I have repeatedly asked them not to send me wasteful pointless brochures, again and again and again. I have asked them to clear my data multiple times both before and after I purchase to no avail. And while the cashmere is good quality, and some of the mens clothes are quite stylish and, the women are less well served with cuts that are often dated and frumpy. And in 2022 they still use Fur. Several of their staff are against this, but management pursue this cruel practice, which they promised to fade out well over 10 years ago. I no longer recommend.

It'sthe second time I have bought from N.Peal and like the first time I'm more than satisfied. I bought the James Bond Sweater from Spectre which I have wanted to buy since I saw it on the movie poster back in 2015. The sweater was nicely packaged with 007 branding and the product itself was flawless. The fabric is incredible soft and it feels fantastic to wear. Great compliment to everyone at N.Peal including the support team that answered all my emails within 15-20 minutes. A luxury brand that's worth the price. Regards from Switzerland

I wanted to spend £600 and asked for a 10% discount and they said the following "Unfortunately we currently do not have any further discounts available I am afraid on the range, I can see this garment has also been reduced down in the sale so there is a good saving on it at the moment"
They were happy to turn this down and let me go elsewhere unbelievable - after having previously spent hundreds, I was very very surprised and have not purchased anything since.

I have been saving up to treat myself to your lovely No Time To Die 007 Boat neck sweater. I thought the jumper was a little pricey but appreciate the authenticity and design. However I was very annoyed and dissapointed to see you have increased the price from £345 to £379 and it feels like your taking advantage of hard working folk, why is this price increased please?
Kind Regards

I visited the Bond St store recently and was served by a wonderful sales assistant called Candace. What a fantastic experience it was, if only more shops offered such excellent service.
