Excellent communication from the booking team. I knew when the engineer was arriving and surprise surprise they turned up on time. Boiler service and part replacement carried out with the minimum of fuss. Polite engineer and a simple online payment system made for an excellent all round experience.

William was absolutely lovely! He was so friendly and took the time to explain everything about my new boiler in a way that was easy to understand. He even showed me how to refill it if the pressure ever gets low. It’s great to have someone so patient and knowledgeable — I really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a boiler service.

Arrived on time, William (their operator) was knowledgeable and efficient in dealing with the problems with the heating system. As a bonus he was very approachable and helpful.

We thought a leak on a 15 year old gas boiler probably spelt the end of it's life. We asked for an emergency repair and a quote for a new boiler. Instead of pushing the replacement boiler the technician explained that this was a common and easily replaced part that had failed. During the repair another fault was discovered and rectified - still in the quoted price. We will consider the quote for replacement, but it is nice to have some time to think and an old boiler that will work in the meantime.

Everything was good. Prompt booking. Nice, friendly plumber. Replaced faulty toilet handle with a two-button press and a it works fine.
