I used N Price for several years , qality service which i reccommend.

Excellent service as usual - honest, clear and accurate work estimates, tidy and quite pleasant to speak with. I’d have no hesitation in recommending them.

The engineer broke the hinge to the inspection flap of the boiler case and didnt bother to tell me. Luckily I had clocked it when the case was on the floor. (This is the 2nd year in a row they have broken it). The engineer also stunk to high heaven and his trousers were practically at half mast - not a pretty sight. The previous engineer managed to mark all my newly painted walls by scraping them with his shoulder tool bag. I wanted to support a local business, but too many things have gone wrong, so I will using a different company next year.

We have used N Price for all our water/plumbing needs after a friend recommended them to us. We are very very happy with them all. We are extremely happy with their operation and service and will continue to use them.

N.Price have been my local plumbers for years, the staff in the office are precise and always try to be as helpful and prompt as possible regarding any works untaken on my property, in most cases fitting round my tenant's work scedule. The individual plumbers have been professional and work as quickly as possible, cleaning up once finished. I would recommend them for both small or large jobs

Speedy and availability of service is impressive. Customer service is also excellent.

They arrive promptly, we explain the problem, they conduct an inspection and solve the problem.
We are long-term customers. Other plumbing companies, not so reliable.

Very disappointed with N Price. They serviced our boiler for years with no issue, but the person who came in to do it last time had no idea what he was doing. He turned the water and heating temperatures up to the max, and put in too much water into the heating system so that pressure went into the red. These are textbook things that a quick google says will adversely affect the boiler.

I tried calling many times but no one picks up. I emailed them and they said they’d get back to me but that was last week. Looks like I have to pay some other company to fix the mess they created.

Easy to work with. Nathan and Naomi provided a good reliable service. Turned up on time with a pleasant manner and knew what he was doing with our underfloor heating and heat pump. Left our system serviced and working well.

Fast efficient service good advice

The heating engineer who carried out the servicing on my boiler was very helpful, courteous and thorough in his work, right down to ensuring the thermostat had functioning batteries and providing photos of an issue with the boiler he drew my attention to.
I was very impressed and will use N Price Ltd again.

I’ve been a customer of N Price for over ten years now, and I recently called them to replace my old radiator with a new one. The engineer who came to handle the job did an amazing job and was really friendly. It was a great experience!

Reliable, prompt and polite

Excellent communication from the booking team. I knew when the engineer was arriving and surprise surprise they turned up on time. Boiler service and part replacement carried out with the minimum of fuss. Polite engineer and a simple online payment system made for an excellent all round experience.

William was absolutely lovely! He was so friendly and took the time to explain everything about my new boiler in a way that was easy to understand. He even showed me how to refill it if the pressure ever gets low. It’s great to have someone so patient and knowledgeable — I really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a boiler service.
