Very friendly and helpful service
I needed help paying a bill since I missed the payment window on Mobile Pay due to travel. Kristina took my call and was very helpful and responded immediately to my follow up question via e-mail. Really great customer service from Kristina and NRGi.

It’s quite a lot of things when I just moved to a new place. Simon kindly helped me to evaluate what the current subscription means at the new place means. He helped me understand that the current subscription is the cheapest product NRGI currently has and it makes sense to continue with it.

Customer service was great
Customer service was great, all of my answers were answered in detail. But when signing up to NRGI i was only offered to pay quarterly or yearly, the option to pay monthly became available only after getting in touch with customer service.

Good experience when a new incorrect registration had to be cancelled
I entered my current address on my initial registration to NRGi when I should have entered the address I would be moving to. I created a new registration with the correct address, but needed the previous one to be cancelled.
When I called support on the phone, there was not much they could do in the moment since the registration was very fresh and not yet updated in the system. However, the person from support still did his best to find it. He then gave me an e-mail I could write for support instead, so that they could help me as soon as the information was available in the system.
The response to my e-mail was quick, coming in the very next day. The incorrect registration was cancelled, and the new registration with the correct information I had created was received.
Support, both through the phone and e-mail, was very helpful and polite, and they were fast with solving the issue. It was a nice, smooth experience.
