School trip travel failure
School trip booked 12 months ago to Ypres 10-12 Feb 23. NST has now informed the school that they are unable to secure a ferry or channel tunnel crossing to meet those dates as it's a bit busy; it usually is in Feb half term in the skiing season.
Offering to change the date, at no extra cost (how gracious) or refund. Disappointing that NST have only given 17 days notice for an educational school trip booked in 2022 when NST had plenty of notice and opportunity to secure a crossing, but in leaving it to the last minute, failed.
