We are now 6 months out from original…
We are now 6 months out from original order…I have had to pay to have 4 tires mounted, dismounted, mounted again….machine at tire shop shows tires are out of round, Interco claims they don’t test for out of round because they are short handed.I also had to pay for the replacement tires that were defective as well to be shipped and wait a month for them to pick up first set of defective tires ( at their convenience) When a company, or companies in this case being NTW and Interco make one pathetic excuse after the next in response to legitimate problems their customers are having with defective products they produce, promote , and sell, that should be enough to stop anyone with any common sense from doing business with them. My message remains the same “ BUYERS BEWARE “
There is NO REASON this problem should still be going on at any customer’s expense. Of course now I will have to pay an attorney to handle though legal system. It is just the perfect illustration of bad business on NTW and Interco’s part. Their only responses to my complaints and all of the others are excuses not solutions.
As a “tire professional “ you should know that there is a difference between a tire being out of round and “ out of balance”! I have now gone through FOUR (4) tires that have been confirmed as being out of round by a truly reputable and professional tire company here on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Having to pay for defective tires twice and having to wait weeks for a refund on one of them after being sent another defective tire is not good business no matter how you “ shake it” no pun intended. As far as the attempt of you or Interco deflecting this problem to a mechanical problem with my truck, I put a different brand of tires on the truck that all checked out as not being out of round shortly after my first review. THE TRUCK DID NOT SHAKE AT ALL!! It doesn’t take a mental giant to figure out where the problem is! To add fuel to the fire I was also told by an Interco representative that they have been shorthanded and having numerous problems with receiving batches of tires that were out of round. Although I appreciate the sentiment of your response, please stick to the facts ! The fact remains that this is NOT GOOD BUSINESS and BUYERS SHOULD DEFINITELY BEWARE!

Louis, After reading this and your previous comments, I feel the need to respond. When you first talked to us about your vibration problem, you said that all 4 tires were out of round, but then changed that to two tires. After telling you the warranty procedure, you didn't like what we told you and you contacted Interco directly. After they told you the exact same procedure, you opted to have them take care of the warranty. After speaking to Interco about your comments above, the warranty person at Interco assured me that the tires were checked before they were sent and that she was standing beside the balancer while they were being checked. If you are still having issues, you may want to check your truck to see if you have something wrong or have another shop try balancing them. I'm not sure what kind of vibration you are experiencing, but these are a pretty aggressive mud tire and will never ride like an all terrain or OEM tire.

Price was the best that I found, was delivered in a timely manner. The tires were in good condition, didn’t take much weight to balance them. I’ll do business with them again

Best prices I’ve found online. Fast shipping, website is easy to navigate and filters work perfectly to narrow down choices. Partnering with a loan company is a great idea. The only thing I wanted differently was a bigger tire selection. Interco has the cobalt, and thornbirds. I would have changed my wheel size to get the cobalts.
