Since you didn't use your email or give us an order number, I cannot see which order you are talking about. If we had a delay in shipping the order out, we would have contacted you. Most of our orders get out within 24 hours.
If the order is delayed by a shipping company, we can check in to it if you provide your name, order number, or phone number, or better yet, call us at 1-800-847-3287.
Unfortunately, once an order leaves this building, we do not have any control of it and this time of the year is when all of the shipping companies get way behind.

Yes, Unfortunately this time of the year, the shipping companies are definitely slower than normal with the Christmas holiday, plus we had Thanksgiving thrown in there. Once an order leaves this building, we do not have a lot of control over it.
Regarding your lug nuts, I do not see where you contacted us about the lug nuts not showing up. I just left you a voicemail to see if you had received them yet. If you still have not received them, give us a call and we will either track them down or get out another set out.

You guys did a nice job with communication and updates on the status of my order. On the ATX blinker kit I wished that it included the On/Off rocker switch or at least to pair it up with the kit at the time of ordering.
