I have just binned numove after 5 months. why?
Their initial valuation came from London ...my house was in Swansea by comparing properties online. Their valuation was 40000 £ more than I have come to believe is correct. This wasted time selling at an unreasonable price.
Intermittently adverts in right move would disappear. I had to chase them to make them reappear. They would use call back rather than direct access. The final disappearance came with multiple promises of the adverts return but no result.
I feel this company is a mess.

Purchased the basic package, and couldn't fault the service. Very friendly and helpful, and they were still motivated to get the best deal for us. Property was placed on the major websites and a board installed outside the home, which I personally feel is sufficient in today's market. Ultimately you have to put in a little effort on the basic package in terms of viewings etc. but provided you have the time to do this, the cost saving makes it a no brainer for me. I would definitely recommend nu:move, and certainly advocate their use over a 'traditional' estate agent.

I have recently used NuMove to purchase a home. The entire process was professional and courteous. I would recommend Nu:Move to anyone wishing to sell, buy or rent.

We recently sold a family property through Nu Move Blackpool, they gave sound advice in a slow market and promoted the property at every opportunity - even some random ones....and managed to sell in 7 months what a rival high street agent failed to do in 18 months...

No reservations on recommending this company to anyone wanting a dedicated team acting in their best interests.

I have experienced estate agents in the past but none match up to Nu Move. They were not only helpful but very informative and kept me in the loop at all times. The staff were friendly and had my interest at all times especially Sharon and Kelly. Nu Move also, to my delight saved me thousands - no doubt I will be using them again in the future!

After enlisting this company to sell my home and my mothers I was a little dubious as it was £3000 less than other quotes I had and I have always believed in life you get what you pay for. How wrong was I? Absolutely fantastic professional and dedicated service with personal one to one treatment with a team dedicated to getting things right. I sold my home within 24 hours and have been kept informed each day of developments and been given excellent advice. Personally I have high standards and Nu-move have surpassed my expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Nu-move is a forward thinking company with a great offering. This is reflected in their website which is easy to navigate, clear and to the point.
Everything is explained in detail giving an honest overview of the company.

We decided to move - looked at local 'traditional' estate agents and was not too happy with the costs based on the 'value' I would get – I couldn't see the justification vs. on-line lower overhead competitors - I was making the assumption that at least 80% of potential buyers use online search engines these days.

I liked the idea of an on-line provider but was unsure about;
Some providers are only offering a one of payment (all inclusive - reoccurring each year) - didn't like this as sales people generally like incentives so I could not understand the driver for the sales person to sell.
I contacted a couple more on-line providers based on local "for sale signs" and they were slow in their response - is this how they would treat potential buyers of my property.??

I progressed neither option and continued looking at properties for sale in my area and a came across one that had the nu-move logo......from this I looked online, checked your packages and liked the one with the incentive to sell - read some reviews and they all seemed positive and decided to sell through nu-move. All very professional would highly recommend.

From start to finish the whole house-selling process was superbly handled by all the team, however an extra special member of the team Kellie went beyond the call of duty - staying later to ensure that the house sale went through smoothly.. Using Nu-Move we saved ourselves approx £3200 as we went for the £349 package.
We opted to show the viewers around ourselves and within the first few days of Nu-Move updating the sites we had viewers lined up - all done and arranged at times when most estate agents are closed.
We took a punt on using an internet based agent rather than the traditional estate agents and I can safely say that it was well worth the chance. Thinking of selling - then give Nu-Move a chance - you won't be disappointed..

I found this was a good option to sell our property via the internet which as a massive following, The cost of the package which is good value & save's you hundred's of pounds if you sell your property through nu-move, The service was very good & no problems at all if you want to speak to a person about anything that you have a query with they are always there with a quick response, Must say Kellie & Robert have been so helpful to me so it was very easy to start the sale of our property, overall very happy with the whole package to date.
