NUCO was absolutely fab. Events every night, with different unis and the opportunity to make so many friends to hang with on and off the slopes!!

A big massive shout out to Ollie, Tommy and Holly!! Ollie checked in on our room, made sure we were okay and answered all our questions with a friendly face always - such a lovely way to touch base and ensure we were having a good trip! Tommy and Holly were just always friendly faces to see around, whoever they were on night patrol making sure we were okay or looking after all of us when hosting the nights at the pub - really grateful for their hospitality, ensuring our safety and keeping the vibes high even in the early hours of the morning!! Thank you, you three stars ❤️. As someone who works in hospitality/events, I understand how hard and tiring all this work is, but they always managed to make things amazing!!

From start to finish NUCO provided first class customer service. We needed to make a few changes along the way and they were always easy to contact and always able to help. We had a great trip and all aspects of our trip went smoothly. Would definitely use their services again.

NUCO were amazing to Deal with, Katie especially, every query i had was answered extremely quickly and the customer service and flexibility was amazing.

NUCO themselves superb throughout the entire process. Easy to search locations, fast and simple booking, payments can be spread out as much or as little as wanted and amending things such as baggage or flights after booking was handled fantastically by the customer service team. Stayed in Tignes Val Claret and for the location the price was unbeatable.

Only downside was the accommodation on arrival not being as clean as expected. Met with dirty crockery and glasses in the cupboards along with counter tops, chairs and beds with dust/crumbs on them. This itself not a NUCO sourced issue but perhaps something that should be relayed onto the accommodation providers.

My partner and I have recently returned home from our ski holiday in Le Kalinda, Tignes, 1800. It is our second stay at the accommodation and we simply can’t fault it. The spa is amazing after a day on the slopes.

Nuco was extremely helpful in providing various options for our holiday and answering our queries quickly. The transfer from and to the airport with Ben’s Bus was seamless and comfortable.

The information packs provide everything you need for your holiday.

Overall a 10/10 trip and looking forward to the next one.

Really easy and simple booking process with great and clear customer support along the way.

I booked a trip with Nuco Travel, expecting basic but clean accommodation. What I got was completely unacceptable—mould, stained sheets, and an overall lack of hygiene. When I raised these issues, I was simply told to report them to reception, which was no help at all.
I spent my hard-earned money on this trip, and the lack of accountability from Nuco Travel was shocking. I even had a family member inspect the property to confirm the poor conditions. Despite my complaints, nothing was done to rectify the situation.
If you care about cleanliness, comfort, and basic customer service, I would strongly advise against booking with Nuco Travel.

Every thing made easy as usual

Our ski holiday in Les Arcs was our 4th trip booked through NUCO. They have always done a great job with our bookings and their staff have always been helpful and friendly. They offer a wide range of accommodation for every budget and their prices are very competitive - we also took advantage of a £100 discount this year. It's easy to add extras via the members area of the NUCO website too - ski passes, ski eqpt hire, airport transfers etc. We will definitely book through NUCO for our next holiday.

This is our second time booking with NUCO and we had a great experience. They were really helpful during the booking process, resolved all our doubts, and they were very accommodating to all our needs.

The apartment was ski in, ski out, very convenient, great location, very close to the supermarket, ski hire shop, and bus stop, short distance to the ski lifts and ski pass office.

We were so lucky with the weather and we can't wait to go next year.

Best ski holiday we had in years!!!

This is our second year booking with nuco, they are absolutely brilliant. Very easy to contact and communicate with, it's easy to search for a variety of travel and booking options and if you can't find what you are looking for just drop them a message and they are incredably helpful at sourcing something that will meet your needs. We had such a great holiday last time using them that we booked again this year. The only negative is that they are not yet doing ski holidays to Italy. The French ski holidays were great though, brilliant accommodation, reasonable prices and everything you need included or broken down so you can easily work out cost and stick to a set budget even if you go as a mixed ability group. Fab organization would highly recommend.

Jonny was SUPER helpful with all aspects of our trip (a group of 12) offering a selection of accommodations across a range of resorts to find just what we needed, with responsive communication throughout. We’re already planning next year!

NUCO took care of everything - the flights, airport transfers, accommodation, equipment hire and lift passes, leaving me stress free to have a great week skiing! And for a very reasonable price too.

A nice apartment at Arc 1950 and a true ski-in, ski out location. Good snow, with a useful mid-week top up. Travel arrangements smooth and documents received in good time.

Had the most amazing week skiing and cannot wait to do it again. Katie was super helpful in guiding our group of 10 what was best for us, I especially appreciated Katie’s quick responses and honestly about what was best for us. Also, I was very useful to have a log in platform which meant every group member could edit their own preferences.

An amazing trip from start to finish. We really appreciate the incredible service that Nuco gave us. Everything was so well organised, from the ski shop being a short walk from the slopes, apres and our accommodation (which was exactly as described) and our transfers were also great. A special thank you to Isabella who helped plan the trip and was always fast to respond to any queries. Can’t wait to book our next trip !
