Thank you for your feedback, Navjot, we appreciate it. Regrettably, we are not sure what you mean by "exhibit questions." Can you please give us some details about this directly at hello@nurse.plus? As part of a comprehensive review for NCLEX, we offer a wide range of practice test items that candidates are likely to encounter when they sit for their exam. Some may seem easy because they are basic concepts learned in nursing school (they may be memorization or subjects that now seem familiar). Others require using clinical analysis and judgment, which the new NCLEX-NGN will be using as of April 1. The purpose of NCLEX is to determine if you are able to provide safe and effective care as an entry-level nurse. If the practice test items seem easy, perhaps you already have a good grasp of nursing principles. Rationales are meant to briefly explain why the correct response is the BEST option. More challenging test items will have longer rationales.
As for the repetition - our tests are double-checked before being uploaded for public use to minimize any possible mistakes and repetitions, but questions will be repeated in your challenge bank and the exam simulator. If you come across repetitive questions in our practice tests, please report them using our "report mistake" feature and we will certainly investigate these flagged questions and respond back to you.

We are very sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our question bank.
We use a variety of resources to design the best possible practice tests. While there are questions from previous NCLEX exams, we also use content from nursing textbooks, medical and nursing articles, and Khan Academy. We follow the NCSBN test plan to develop questions that are based on the topics listed in the test plan and keep several tests unlocked so every customer can check what the tests look like before the purchase. Our system shows that you have only successfully completed 2 of our practice tests and have not attempted our exam simulator and the majority of tests, is it possible that you haven't gone through our nclex based questions yet?
