I passed NCLEX thanks to Nurse Plus!
I found Nurse Plus questions very similar to NCLEX questions, and I used the guided study plan to pass! I did not pass using other platforms, but using nurse plus alone helped me pass the boards on my second try!

It's great for a learning Fundamental!
It's great for a learning Fundamental. It gives a lot of basics. I didn't like some of the rationals written for the answers and I also didn't like when I want to go back to review the rational again it's gone. I need to go back due all the question to get to it.

We are sorry to hear that you did not like some of the rationales. We use a variety of resources to design the best possible practice tests and rationales. While preparing our questions, answer options and rationales we use content from nursing textbooks, medical and nursing articles, and Khan Academy but there are questions from previous NCLEX exams in our practice tests as well. We do have a "report mistake" feature under each question which allows you to request clarification or report a mistake for each specific test item and I see that you have utilized it. We are sorry to hear that did not like some of them or the way our rationales were displayed, but it's great to hear that you feel we cover the fundamentals.

Thankful I found this review. I passed my NCLEX-RN the 2nd time after failing the first time around. Rationales are incredibly helpful. And breaking down each subject based on the categories found on the CPR (form you get when you fail) - is SUPER helpful!
The mock exam looks exactly like the NCLEX, which is extremely helpful for nerves.
I had to reach out to customer service a few times, and they were always very friendly and prompt with their responses. Overall a good review (especially for repeat test takers!)

This program has truly helped refresh my knowledge on things I didn’t realize I had forgotten. I have a lot more confidence going into my NCLEX this week than I did before I purchased this program. I had already purchased the Hurst program through my university but was not gaining the confidence I needed to pass. I would recommend this program to any nursing student that needs extra practice.

I love the tests format
