The service I’ve received from Nurseryland has been excellent. Fast response rates with excellent advice. I’d been shopping around for a specific pram for a long time and the staff at Nurseryland made it so easy - especially given these unprecedented times. Even providing personalised videos to help us out as we can’t go out and double check everything ourselves!

I cannot recommend Nurseryland enough. They go above and beyond to ensure you get the best products and customer service. They even sourced and ordered furniture for us that they don't usually stock in their shop, as this is what we wanted.
I love that it's a small family run business that is personable. I can guarantee that you won't find better customer service anywhere.

Really friendly staff, excellent customer service. I bought my pram from here, couple of months later went back with a slight fault, sent back for repair.
Lorraine also helped me fit my car seat and make sure my baby was sitting in correctly - thank you 😊 x

Amazing customer service from purchasing the pram at 16weeks gestation to picking the pram up at 34. Shown and demonstrated how to use everything and never had any problems with payments. Would definitely recommend this shop.

The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. They also don't "power-sell" so u don't feel hassled or pressured. The price was extremely fair too.

I was very pleased with the service I have received over the last few months with pram. Any issues I have putting it all together to even using then car seat the staff have been more than helpful in assisting me. I was even told any trouble later down the line with changing over the covers on my oyster I can take it in. Thank you everyone for your help there. Highly recommend you for other people with a bundle of joy due.

Since finding out we were expecting, we have been to Nurseryland for pretty much everything! So far we have purchased our:

Cotbed and Mattress; Changing Table, Nursing Chair and Footstool; Next To Me Crib, Mamas and Papas Ocarro Travel System; including car seat and isofix base.

The staff have always been extremely friendly and helpful, providing us, as first time parents, with useful information and guidance on the best products to buy, for our little one! The staff have always tried to find the products we want, even if they are not in stock!

We are always confident we’re paying the best price for what we want, as Nurseryland are willing to match any cheaper price, found elsewhere.

Delivery of larger products, has been prompt and they offer the luxury of storing your pram and car seat etc. until it is needed.

We have also enjoyed meeting ‘Willow’ each time we have visited!

I bought a venicci pushchair from here roughly 3 years ago.
Unfortunately I went to collect my pushchair on the date agreed to find out they sold my pushchair to a lady who's baby came early and I had to wait another 6 weeks for my pushchair to be orded in. I was given no apology or compensation just a rude lady stating the fact her baby was here!?
I also put over 70% of the pushchair price down as a deposit to secure it for me until collection.
Poor customer service.

From the moment I walked in until weeks later when I walked out with my pram, car seat, nursery furniture etc I was more than satisfied. Staff are very attentive providing excellent information and an extensive variety of display prams, car seats, bases, furniture, bedding etc. I even decided to change my car seat and base weeks later which they were more than happy to exchange!
I have recommended lots of friends here who have also had the same great experience! Good work Nurseryland!! 😁

I bought my full bedroom furniture also my pram. The staff are so helpful and made you feel relaxed whilst shopping for your right pram, I was able to change mine last minute also due to new pram arriving and me falling in love with that pram. The staff at nurseryland also helped me on some problems we had, the furniture delivered by mamas and papas damaged, the staff at nurseryland sorted this out with out any issues and made me feel at ease. Also due to a busy day of collections I didnt pick my car seat adapters for the pram this was solved with one call, the item was put aside till I was able to get back. I would 100% recommend nurseryland. Thank you for all you help

Really positive experience with Nurseryland. We ordered a full travel system and nursery furniture from here and we were really pleased with the sales and after sales support we got.
The ladies in store were really helpful when our car seat got recalled and we were able to upgrade to a different one easily.
They were happy to show us how to use everything and we got some really good advice about which system might be suitable for us.
In terms of value we couldn’t have got a better deal online anywhere else (I did shop around before buying). Highly recommended

We bought our pushchair from here and couldn’t recommend the place enough! They offered all info and advice needed without any pressure to buy.

Great communication throughout the purchase and easy payment system.

Once I got my pushchair home there was a rip in the seam of the rain cover, no fault of nurseryland but when I spoke to them about it they ordered a replacement which was here in no time!

Will defo be recomending!

my experience with Nursreyland was fantastic! they had the exact product in store that i wanted so i could look & test drive.
all the staff were really knowledgeable of their products and prices and the customer service was spot on!
