Just bought a travel set from nursery land at a very good price. The customer service was excellent as we didn't know the first thing about pushchairs. We would definitely shop here again in the future.

I have been in a few times and every time I have been satisfied with the customer service I received. Each member of staff had great product knowledge which helped us out a great deal. We will definitely be purchasing future items from here and I would highly recommend to anyone

Had our car seat changed twice because the handle kept breaking. Not a pleasant experience and staff were not helpful or forthcoming about changing. I thought we had gone to the right place reading the reviews - obviously we were wrong.

We have no family in QLD so the carers at Nurserylad have become our second family! There is no better feeling than leaving your child with someone who you feel genuinely loves them and will look after them like they are their own.
I couldn't be happier with Nurseryland and I am so thankful that I have found such an amazing place for my daughter to learn and grow.

got our first travel system from here which is brilliant as you can pay whenever you can afford to and they will save the pushchair till you're due! bonus. we have had one lady deal with us from the start in 2016 called eleanor. she has been amazing. helped me choose the best pram suitable for my needs and price range. she has also been there when I've needed advice about the pushchair we purchase and help when things have gone wrong.

we came back to nurseryland in 2017 when I was due my second to purchase a double icandy. Eleanor has helped us throughout this and even helped recently which I couldn't thank her enough for. we sold our venicci but some parts were broke (tyre had a puncture) they got us a replacement tyre straight away. also some parts came broken to the first pram which she sent back of to be fixed for us. now we've sold it we have noticed more issues due to moving house. this has been immediately resolved by eleanor through Facebook message, in-store and phone call.

Will 100% be back if we ever need another pram and already shared positive thoughts and stories to friends!

Honest, knowledgeable advice. Eleanor in the shop couldn’t do enough to help us & gave us a chance to try the prams & car seats out. We were even able to see if it fit in the car. Would highly recommend.

My pram was ready when they said it would be, and well demonstrated when it arrived. Showed me how to fix my car seat in the car etc.

They have a huge range of products to choose from & they know them all like the back of their hand to give all the knowledge we need to make the right decision for what we required!!
