Nushape has become an integral part of my health and wellness routine. I own the sauna wrap, red light therapy mat, and a portable red light wrap. For the past two years, I’ve relied on daily use of red light therapy due to my medical disability. I researched the company before making my purchases, and I can confidently say that it has been worth my investment.
The red light therapy mat has been instrumental in managing my pain during flare-ups, reducing inflammation, boosting my energy levels, and improving circulation. NuShape has been an outstanding company offering great products! I have religiously used my Nushape lip wrap since 2021 and have been nothing but happy. I am an avid weight lifter and it helps debloat me and keep my tummy tighter. It especially helped after my c section my skin was able to bounce back a lot more quickly. This light belt is one of the best things I have bought for myself. It is so easy to use. I have back issues, and it is the only thing that helps my back, so I use it every day. I was first introduced to red light therapy though a family friend. I loved it so I bought my Nushape belt so i could do it in the comfort of my home. I have been getting amazing results. I very rarely write reviews. This belt works and it is amazing. I hold a lot of inflammation around my stomach area, even though I exercise a lot and eat healthy for the most part. Every time I take my belt off after the 20 mins, it is like a miracle: the bloating around my belly area is noticeably smaller! And the best part about it is that I just sit on the couch and wait for it to work. And I don’t sweat, like in a sauna. You just relax and wait. I try to do it in the morning after coming back from the gym and drinking lots of water and while still fasting. The belt is super comfortable and it does not get too hot, just the right amount of warmth. I used it a few times on my wrists as I do have some arthritis pain already, I am hopiing that it will help with that also. I have not been that consistent with my wrists using the belt. I would definitely recommend it if your problematic area is the stomach. For me, after having 4 kids, nothing made my stomach significantly smaller and less bloated without any exercise or effort! I don’t have the battery yet, I am planning on buying it soon so that I can use it for longer and walk around the house. For the price of two massages, this belt is so worth it!
