Product works as advertised. After having my hair falling out by the handful I now have a full head of hair! I saw results within first three months. I continue to use the product 5 years later because it works.

If I could say just one phrase, I'd say "it works"! I have been using Nutrafol for about 8 years. I use the supplements, including the boosters. I also use their scalp serum daily. My hair has gotten so much thicker. My own mother, who doesn't say much, even commented on the thickness of my hair. Also, the company itself is really the best in terms of customer service. I just can't say enough!

The vitamins really worked for my hair growth and I have been using vitamins for over 10 years and have found that Nutrafol works best for me. I appreciate that I can get a hair analysis but I wish the analysis showed how much vitamins are nourishing my hair or if my hair has enough keratin or collagen in it or if I need additional vitamins based on my hair analysis. That would be super helpful. I like the scalp exfoliation shampoo too.

On 4/16 I spoke to Shchey Anne.
She said that they would send out a replacement shipment in 3-5 days, since I did not receive my order which I was billed for and paid for with automatic credit card withdrawal.

I started with women’s balance about 4 years ago. After about 3 months I started to notice a change in the texture of my hair and that I stopped shedding. Everyone from my hairdresser to friends have commented about the change. I’ll never stop taking it.

I've been taking Nutrafol for a few year's now. I'm happy with how my hair has grown & it's improved strength. (I do find that some days, I have trouble taking the four large pills.) I believe it has helped keep the hair I have and grow the length. The company has continued followup with clients.

I had beautiful and thick hair all my life, until in my 40s I lost my hair so heavy, I thought that I was going to lose all of it. Went to the Dr and she said it was normal it was a process called shedding I asked her if there was something that I could take to stop this she said No. I saw Nutrafol in a commercial I said doesn't hurt to try, o boy the first month after taking them my hair loss stopped Three months on them my hair came back, today I have thick hair all thanks to this miracle vitamin that I swear on, Thank you Nutrafol for saving my hair. ❤️

This product actually WORKS! And I've got photos to prove it. I can always count on customer service if I have a questions or a problem with my order--they have been responsive and helpful.

I ordered a 6-month supply of Nutrafol for $434 and never received it. Despite multiple emails, they refused to take responsibility or offer any meaningful support.

Instead, they kept stringing me along for weeks with useless tracking links and dismissive responses. When I asked for a refund since the parcel was clearly undeliverable, they told me I had to wait for it to be returned (somehow!) and not dispute the charge—effectively asking me to just sit tight while they held onto hundreds of dollars indefinitely.

I’ve now had to go through the hassle of a payment dispute just to get my money back, which will take me even more time, effort, and frustration. All in all: unhelpful, bureaucratic, slow, and completely indifferent to the customer experience.

Avoid Nutrafol at all costs if you live outside the US—or value your time and money. This feels like a scam dressed in corporate branding.

If I could give it a ZERO I would. Worst crap on the planet. Does not work and everyone i talk with ays the same. Horrible product

Product appears to work (3 months in) but the shipping is a NIGHTMARE. Not once have I received my order in less than 10 days, one time it took over 17-days and they had to send me another shipment. I ran out of product - even used THEIR reccomended ship date for reoccuring subscription. I just had my 4th month shipment sent on 4/8 when they charged my card on 4/3. It will take another gaurnteed 7 days minimum before it gets to me. Delivery is coming to FL and it shows the label is created in Georgia, so I don't understand why it takes so long. It's maddening. I get packages from China quicker than this. 1st world problem I guess...

Humans cannot survive with out water, salt, healthy fats (yes mainly animal), and protein (yes animal), but we humans eat a diet of mainly carbohydrates which is not essential and then we are perplexed of why we have thinning hair and poor health so we go buy some expensive snake oil and expect a miracle. GO Eat proper food. You get new skin every 90 days, if you eat garbage your body is going to be a reflection of garbage in garbage out.

I experienced so much gas, I was not able to be around other people. When i stopped taking it, the gas went away. Overpriced

I'm still on my hair growth journey, but in July of 2024, I lost over 50% of my hair after having 2 major surgeries back to back. I started taking Nutrafol and nothing else. I'm taking Nutrafol women and the hairbiotic. Yes, it's $100/month, but I see greater results every month. When I started in July my hair had broken off at the root, leaving 1/4 on hair on top. By Oct, it had grown to 3" long. Now in March of 25', it's grown to about 7-8" in different parts. I've had no side effects from the pills, no sickness, no additional hair loss. I see the results and don't plan on stopping the treatment for a long time. I would highly reccomend Nutrafol.

I’m so sorry i cannot remember the name of the woman who helped me. i will look for it. but it’s prolly in my account bc she’s the last person I spoke with. I was going thru a lot. i was moving home to help my mother thru chemo. this person was incredibly empathetic and understanding. she organized my mailings per my back and forth, gave me a much needed discount AND organized a gift basket to be delivered to my mom’s home. my mother wore the cushion sock for every one of her treatments. above and beyond the normal customer service. thank you so much, annie

Taking Nutrafol was one of the best decisions I have ever made. This product is truly amazing, my hair has never felt so healthy and strong. Also their Customer Service are always so helpful and responsive, should you have any questions, someone is always there to assist.

I have used Nutrafol faithfully since 2018. I am now going to be 75 in a few months and I didn’t think I would have any hair because of the way my hair was not growing and thinning. Nutrafol gave me back my hair. The company is always been gracious and helpful. I have recommended them to many friends and strangers and will continue to.
