I'm used to just buying bags of protein / creatine, and working through those, so when the first thing that turns up at your door is a DNA test it feels like you're getting involved in something a little different.

Found the results really insightful. In addition to using the product to help supplement, I've also learned what I should be eating more/less of.

I've been working out and using protein shakes for over a decade.

I've even experimented with mixing different shakes to have something for my needs. I've never had anything tailored to me before.

This is by far the best shake available on the market.

The knowledge you gain from the DNA test is really vital to improving diet, work out routines & lifestyle. I always suspected I'd a challenge digesting milk. The DNA report verified that!

The shakes are healthy, tast and easy to digest as well as being all natural!

Product is really good, testing report was informative and has clear advice on areas where nutrition needs to flex to meet personal requirements.

I’ve been using the NGX products for a couple of weeks now as part of my normal training and nutrition regime. I normally train about 12-14 hours a week in preparation for Ironman races and have found these shakes great. Really easy to make, all natural ingredients and the berry flavouring that I have is really nice. I normally add in a banana and mix with milk in a blender and take it as part of my breakfast after a training session. I have also been using the power pack after any strength sessions that I take to get the added protein in for recovery. I’ve found that a shake will keep me full until lunchtime which is great as well as before I would often snack on anything I could find!

The DNA review was very interesting and gave a detailed understanding of what I should/shouldn't be eating with regards to both supplements and food in general. I really like this science based information that gives clear reasoning on why I should be eating in a certain way. The NGX product itself is very good. The product has an approachable flavour across all products and I'm very pleased that the product doesn't contain thickening agents. I've been using the product both solo as a quick shake and also mixing with fresh ingredients such as spinach, berries and oats in the morning Overall highly recommended.

1st touchpoint -

Upon delivery, the branding and packaging was excellent, very well explained and layed out regarding how to use the DNA swab test.

There is a prepaid package to send it off which is extremely convenient as you don't have to worry about postage etc.

2nd touch point -

Once I sent my DNA pack off, I received an email from a member of the team ensuring me that they had received the package and that they were processing my results.

3rd touch point

A few weeks later, I was sent a comprehensive report on my genetic makeup in relation to how I process food, and how certain receptors respond to macro nutrients. It's almost like a gap analysis of my own functionality and NGX fills those gaps by personalising the shake.

4th touch point -

A few days after this report, I received my start pack containing the bodyfuel, power pack, top and shaker, once again, sleek packaging and branding!

The one thing that's nice is that the shaker isn't flat at the bottom but instead it has a more concave structure so to speak. This is great because you don't get mixture build up in the corners of your shaker when you're trying to mix it with your desired liquid.

The product itself mixes really well and tastes great (I consider myself picky). I have tried a few vegan shakes in the past and it's like drinking soil whereas this has a great natural, satisfying taste and you can tell there's no additives etc.

Overall -

As an ultra endurance athlete, I only use products that will optimise performance in all areas of my training and nutrition is absolutely critical. I am confident that NGX has certainly improved my recovery and general well-being thanks to removing pre-existing deficiencies.

I'm environmentally conscious and I can't really remember throwing any plastic away? NGX are clearly a very forward thinking brand in this area.

They offer consultations with their nutritionist based on further personalisation with diet beyond your shake, demonstrating an overall care about your goals.

It is totally worth the patience to wait a few weeks to get something personalised and then moving forward have a regular delivery than buy something that is made to fit everyone. Personalisation is possible thanks to advancements in technology and I'm glad to see NGX moving this forward to cater for those aiming to complete their nutrition.

I was looking to cut down on morning meals, but ever the glutton needed some energy to keep me going until Lunch.

I liked the idea of NGX as I couldn't find enough variety from Huel, so enjoyed the personalised effects of the ingredients from this product. It's been nice trying it out as a meal replacement and so far feeling pretty fresh from it and have lost some weight.

Decent product. Really liked the flavour which I wasn’t expecting. Have it for breakfast everyday now. Would happily recommend this to anyone looking to tailor their diet and nutrition.

I have two scoops a day, with one scoop of the PowerPack after long runs (I am training for an ultra marathon). It usually replaces breakfast and keeps me full up and feeling great till lunch. I use it with water as I am calorie controlling to lose weight and NGX is helping loads.

There’s something satisfying and relieving to know that what I’m putting in my body has been genetically proven to benefit me. I don’t have to mix other vitamin supplements concoctions, take huel as well, or worry if I’ve missed something from my RDA. NGX has made my life simple and more reassuring. I've been taking NGX for the last three months and I feel so much healthier than I did before I started taking it.

I've been having two scoops a day - normally taken as a replacement for breakfast as I never have time in the morning - plus one scoop of the PowerPack protein after I workout. Normal meals and portion sizes for lunch and dinner.

NGX tastes so much better than the protein shakes I've used in the past (especially the Cacao-Coconut mixed with coconut water - game-changer!!) and I feel stronger and healthier as a result. My muscle recovery is better than ever and I've noticed a significant increase to the weights I'm lifting at the gym.

I highly recommend for anyone trying to lose weight and/or build muscle!
