Where do I start about two ago and still waiting put an order through for three milk formulas quick tosure you pay for the order fast forward last Friday after numerous email they told they only had two left imagine two in the whole warehouse they could have mentioned it to n their website but no take your money and wait all I can say don’t order from this company directly

Absolutely atrocious service

Absolutely atrocious service. My poorly father relies on these deliveries, he has throat cancer,cannot eat or drink orally and all his nutrition comes from these feeds. The deliveries are constantly being delayed. The customer service is diabolical, waiting forever on the phone on hold. They supply two weeks of feed at a time, mo more, no less. They don't deliver until the day before or the day it is due to run out. Very poor. Disappointing.

Recently changed order system for…

Recently changed order system for Souvenaid, a lovely service representative Narelle used to call me every three week's to place order.

Need to call a main number to order, wait online for ages, then get an Indian based call centre and constantly repeating myself.

Go to pay with card and say one moment need to stop recording call, no notification call was being recorded at any stage, which is a legal requirement at the beginning of a call as you can ask for it not to be recorded.

Payment process has now changed, two calls later still unable to buy Souvenaid for my mother with Alzheimer's, and will run out in 8 days.

Thank you for more stress.

Shockingly awful launch of new app

Shockingly awful launch of new app. Recent delivery short, currently been waiting one hour and ten minutes on the customer service line. For a company that provides nutrition support to vulnerable people, you are incapable of delivering a service fit for purpose.

Fed up with terrible service

“Nutricia has the worst customer service in the world. This company only adds to my stress while I care for my child with special needs.

Despite repeatedly asking them not to deliver items without my confirmation, they continue to waste NHS resources by sending deliveries without checking with me first. If you ever need assistance or try to call them, they never answer.
I am absolutely fed up with this terrible service.

Excellent service

Nutricia delivers the Fortisip (syringes and purified water) my wife needs to stay alive (and has done for over a year). It has a brilliant system online where you enter your stock and it calculates how much you need. Delivery notifications work well. Excellent service also from the Nutricia nurse to resolve problems I had at first, with prompt home visits. No hesitation in giving 5 stars.

Unreliable delivery

Nutricia have been delivering Nutrison to me for 5 years and the ordering service on line is simple.
However, the delivery service has deteriorated over the last year to the extent that the delivery dates mean nothing. The last 2 monthly orders have resulted in 5 separate deliveries for a single order each time. Complaints have been ignored.
A disappointed customer.

They poised and made sick my 3month old…

They poised and made sick my 3month old baby with their Nutrilion Bio product! The company confirmed that there was a production mistake and cartboard particuliers were mixed to the formula food!!! They did not pull the other formula boxes from the market, they did not ask how my baby’s health is, they did not share their quality chrck report with us and skipped to answer our detailed questions. For such a big company and brand this is totally unexpectable, shame and damage of their brand!!! The only thing they want to do is close the case as soon as possible!!!! Do not trust this brand, they are all in the market but they dont care about our baby’s health at all. Its all about their profit!
