Used to be good and reliable but…

Used to be good and reliable but recently it’s been a joke. Supplies are always out of stock, no alternatives are offered and you end up having to chase people to get the problem resolved. Awful

After years of terrible service from…

After years of terrible service from Nutricia Homeward I am writing this review & I encourage others to do the same, perhaps it will change things? Once again no one from Nutricia called to do the monthly stock check. At 2.20am I received a text to say my son's delivery would be coming that day. Waited in all day for only the plastics to be delivered. Normally we get a split delivery as Nutricia think you have nothing better to do with your time. Some times we get 6 syringes & 4 connectors. Then over the next week we get feeding sets & Mickey extension sets. Well this time we got no feed. I have phoned today to be told the feed is out of stock. It might become available next week. Totally unacceptable. How will I feed my son if the feed doesn't come? When you ring up some team members are rude & patronising. Kept on hold for over an hour. They are earning big money from the NHS & they treat patients like this!

Appalling customer service

If I could give zero stars, I would. Customer service is non-existent nowadays. I am unable to place my monthly order for my son as the Connex system won’t reset my password. If I phone Nutricia Homeward for assistance, I am left on hold for an hour at a time at which point I have to hang up. No response via email either. What has happened to you, Nutricia? Appalling.

Trying to contact Nutricia homeward…

Trying to contact Nutricia homeward team support is an impossible task. I have one of their feeding tube in my RIG, which slips out and ruins my clothes and upholstry. I am trying to find out, if they have any solution for this bad design, You can hang on to their music and get message about 'all our coordinators are busy' for an hour or so. To get call back you are asked to press '1'. No one calls for days,
