When I was researching to buy an item Nutrisun was by far the best price. Only after placing my order did I remember my last experience led me to post a bad review because the delivery took so long.
Delighted to report that the ítem arrived within a couple of days. Will certainly use again!

Whilst they are competitive for the items I want to buy, they are getting slower and slower for delivery. It used to be the next day now I'm lucky if it's by the end of the week, plus the prices have gone up. I'd be tempted to start buying on Amazon again for faster delivery regardless of the price if it continues to get worse every order.

Responding to some other rather poor reviews, I just want to say that I have been ordering from Nutrisun since 2015. Prices always great, free delivery which I must say is an absolute bonus and great attraction for me. I have never had any delivery problems and they arrive quickly. They respond to any emails in super quick time and so far for me a really great company to deal with and I certainly plan on continuing to order from them.

TERRIBLE company. My order didn't arrive, so I contacted them but they ignored all my messages (including the ones from PayPal). PayPal in the end sorted it out and I got the refund. I will never use this company again.

Purchased a few boxes of toothpaste. They arrived well packaged and on time. Great products too.

Wow...stop the presses. I have just read the previous review on this company and my experience is like night and day. Couldn't speak more highly of NutriSun. In fact, a ray of sunshine through my frosted, glass window.

I was looking for an alternative to Amazon for my delivery of health products, because while 'A's' record up until 2017 was second to none, my last two experiences were well below par. Plus, the prices for what I wanted were not as competitive as NutriSun, and then when you ad the shipping costs.

This company gives you Free and Fast delivery on orders over £10. Their customer service emails were on the ball. Let me know when everything was dispatched and arrived pronto as they said, 3-4 days later. All intact. Other companies that I looked into for a similar deal had me buying in excess of £50. While I spent close to that I wasn't 'forced' into a larger purchase just to get a Free delivery.

To me this is a 'fair' company with a very 'fair' policy.

Please stay away from this company. They've got terrible customer service. They are unreliable and they lie about sending out of stock email after they fail to dispatch your order.

They sent me a dispatch email the second day I made my order. I waited for 5 working days. No delivery. I thought maybe royal mail delayed. Emailed them asking why it's taking so long. They claimed they sent me an email my order was out of stock. I never received any out of stock email.

I asked for refund. They wouldn't reply. They haven't given me back my money.

Excellent company. Great prices. Almost always beats anyone else on value. Wish they would sell even more lines as they are fab. Quick delivery. Superb company.

I received my order promptly and it was a good price with free delivery, however, when I opened the bottle I found several of the tablets broken. I contacted Nutrisun and told them this. They were very apologetic and said they would send out some more and when I received them I was to use the packaging to return the damaged ones. A couple of weeks went by and they hadn't arrived so I contacted them again as my original order arrived quickly. They again apologised and said that they had been posted but they would post out some more. Well I'm still waiting for any of them to arrive more than a month later. They obviously have no intention of sending me any. I'm really annoyed at this and I definitely would not give them my business again. Very poor customer service and I would erge people to think about this before ordering anything from this very unreliable company.

Dreadful company!! Ordered item a week ago, received dispatch e-mail two days ago rang to check on which delivery method & was told the item was out of stock! Great way to run a business.

Great choice and range of products. Prices are very competitive. Service has been superb on both occasion i have ordered from Nutrisun. Last order was placed late on a Wednesday and goods arrived by Friday! Brilliant.

First-time use: Best price on the internet and I'd searched for ages.
I called up needing Cherry Active urgently and the proprietor said he would post it first class that day and therefore whilst it ought to get to me the next day, he clearly couldn't guarantee it.
Well it did come the next day - he kept his word, packaging was eminently sensibly secure and, as I said earlier, his was the best price I could find.

I placed an order on Saturday afternoon, received confirmation straight away, received my order on the following Friday. I didn't get an email to say the order had been despatched, but other than that, very happy with Nutrisun

Low prices made me suspicious and after I read some bad reviews about Nutrisun I was a bit sceptical about buying from them. I can say I found the items I wanted (Herbatint hair colour) easily, bought them at a low price with free delivery, and received them in 3 working days. Couldn't be happier. It just proves you shouldn't be really put off by someone's bad experience. Thanks Nutrisun!

The payment of my order was taken and an email confirmation sent to me stating that my order would be with me within a few days.

However, after nearly a week of not receiving the goods and no further communication, or an email stating when my order would be dispatched. I sent an email requesting an update and approximate timescale of delivery, however no response received to my request.

Several calls then made, which no one answered and the phone just ringing away with no automated phone service response. However, after persevering with further numerous more I eventually managed to speak to someone, although they lacked customer service skills and were very blunt.

After some discussion, I was able to extract a refund from them, which I have received a email confirmation for, although I am still waiting for it to go in to my bank account.

If you are looking for a company that provides a stress free customer service experiences and keeps you informed through all the stages of your purchase, and cares about their customers I would personally look elsewhere.

There are much better companies out there that provide the same products with a nicer experience and with a modern automated email confirmation and dispatch service.
