Kelly did my hair & make up for my wedding in Oct 2021. I initially went to her house for a trial - I took with me an idea, as I wasn't keen on a traditional hair style, it needed tweaking to fit with my veil and dress. Kelly was great, she took the idea, talked me through her thoughts and went with it. I was honestly so calm in her presence amongst the chaos of the day, I felt completely at ease and trusted her explicitly. I am not a huge make up wearer and had no idea of what I needed/wanted apart from 'not too heavy'. Kelly made me look and feel like an enhanced & prettier version od my natural self. So many people commented on my lovely hair and make up on the day - would 100% recommend.

If I could leave 0 I would. My friend put a £150 deposit down for a bridal trial. She gave a picture of what she wanted the result was as if my 7 year old niece had been given a go at doing my make up. She then thought maybe her skin was just not palying ball that day so she did it herself and looked spot on. She messaged them with pics to express her disappointment and see if she could get the deposit back. They refused. If you want the pics as it is truly horrendous let me know and I will send them. I hope this helps put anyone off going to this awful company.

I was so happy with the hair and makeup they created for my wedding. Kelly was my hair and makeup artist and she was amazing from start to finish. I gave her a few ideas of what I liked and she turned it into so much more.
On the morning of the wedding Kelly was early and so chatty with us and helpful, keeping me calm!

Natasha was very professional and I was very happy with my hair/make up for my wedding. I provided her with guidelines and some photographs the day of my wedding and she exceeded my expectations. My bridesmaids and mother were very happy with their hair/make up too. I would highly recommend if you're getting married in the Sussex area!

I booked Natasha for my wedding. She did my bridal makeup and hair as well as the hair for my bridesmaids. Natasha is helpful and friendly and the experience was a very positive one. She made me look and feel beautiful on the most special day of my life, so I am extremely grateful. Thanks Natasha!

They were very accommodating as my wedding date was moved twice due to COVID. At my hair/makeup trial, Natasha listened to what I wanted and gave recommendations based on what I was going to wear on my wedding day - which resulted in the perfect look first time! On the wedding day, Natasha and her assistant helped us have a chilled morning of getting ready and did fantastic hair and makeup for myself, my mum, and my three bridesmaids, and still with plenty of time for getting our dresses on and having some photos before the ceremony. Would highly recommend!

I'd really recommend NW Makeup. Our makeup artist Lisa was absolutely fantastic. She was really professional and understanding, really listening to what we wanted. She was a lovely, friendly and reassuring presence to have on the day - it was like having a friend come round and do it for us. I was so happy with how she did our hair and makeup; she really took the time to get the details just right (including a tricky last minute veil decision which did not faze her at all). I received lots of compliments on my eye makeup throughout the day (which lasted perfectly all day!), and could not have been happier with the results.

I was absolutely thrilled with my wedding hair and make-up. After my trial, where I wore my hair down, I changed my mind and Zoe created the most perfect up-do without practice. I loved the soft romantic tendrils and the style lasted all day. Zoe is super friendly and our chatting kept the nerves away while I got ready! My husband and I are planning our reception at a later date and I'd be very happy to book Zoe again.

I couldn't recommend this company enough. Natasha booked me in with one of her staff Helena for my wedding and I was incredibly pleased with my hair and make-up. Helena listened to exactly what I wanted and did an incredible job. She is so such a lovely lady and so friendly. The communication and customer service is also second to none.

Natasha was suggested by our wedding photographer so I made contact and booked a makeup and hair trial. This happened in August 2021 and Natasha was so lovely. When I showed her the hairstyle I was looking for from Pinterest, Natasha explained just how it may not be exactly the same but that it was look similar. Once the hair was done then we moved onto the make-up - I don't wear a lot of make which I explained to Natasha and she kept my look very natural for me.

On the wedding day in October 2021, Natasha arrived at the exact time she said and started with my bridesmaids. They looked absolutely fabulous with the hairstyles and make-up. Natasha also had Annie come and join us to help on the big day and I would like to thank them both for making me feel at ease that there was no worries on the bid day. Annie did the flower girls hair and they were beautiful. Annie also did my mum's hair and make-up and she was really good with my mum who hadn't long been out of hospital.

When it came to Natasha doing my hair and make-up it was more than I imagined making me feel so beautiful and special, just how a bride should feel on her big day. After my hair was done Natasha showed my bridesmaid how to put my veil on before she left us to it. My make up lasted all day into the night and I would highly recommend NW Makeup as a company to use. Natasha is friendly and professional, and I will definitely use her services again. Natasha did my hair & make up for my wedding in September 2021, as well as my two bridesmaids and my mum. From start to finish, she was absolutely fantastic. She listened to exactly what I was looking for and took the time during the trial session to make sure everything was perfect for the day. The booking process was easy and Natasha was always around to answer any questions I had. She arrived on time, was super organised and really helped to bring some calm and order to the morning - which I definitely needed! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to any future brides.

NW Make Up was recommended by a couple of friends, and I will also be recommending to friends! The booking process with Natasha was very easy, no questions were too small. We had Kelly for hair and make up and we couldn't have been happier. We have thick hair and even with 52 pins in I couldn't feel a thing! Our make up was lovely, very natural and stayed put all day, and Kelly was such a calm person to have around the morning of the wedding. Thanks for being part of our day :)

Booking with Natasha was easy and I was able to search through a number of ladies to find one that had similar styles to what I wanted.
I had Suzie who was amazing and listened and provided options and thoughts to help bring us to the best solutions for my hair pieces and makeup to suit me, the dress, the venue etc....just perfect.
To top it all off a trial in Sep 2020 and the actual wedding then moving to Nov 2021... both Natasha and Suzie were open and easy to work with in moving dates....without compromise on the end result.

Amy was booked to to to my mother in laws make up on the morning of our wedding!! And did not show!! No phone call, no message nothing!

We called the number several time and no answer!! Clearly we was forgotten about! As if a Wedding morning isn’t stressful enough! Luckily my own make up artist managed to fit her in!

We got a lousy email to say that she broke down and had no service!

If you want a trust worthy make up artist! Do not use this company!!!

Brilliant!
We had Lisa and her team from NW Makeup doing hair and make up for my wedding - myself as bride, 4 bridesmaids and mother of the bride. The whole team were amazing and Lisa herself was especially brilliant. She is not only a very talented hair and make up artist, but also so fun, kind and calming to have around when getting ready for the big day! The whole getting ready process felt like a wonderful and exciting start to the day and everyone looked amazing. I would absolutely use NW Makeup again for another event or party. Thanks so much for helping make the wedding day extra special.

We had to postpone our wedding several times due to Covid and Natasha was so understanding and accommodating. She had many brides to deal with, but took the time to call us personally, which was really appreciated.

Nikki was my hair and make up artist and she was absolutely wonderful - she did an excellent job of mine and my maid of honour's hair and make up. My mum (who very rarely wears make up) was thrilled. Nikki listened carefully to what we all wanted and gave really valid input. It really felt like Nikki was a big part of the morning - in fact it felt a bit strange when she left, it felt like she should've been coming with us to join in with the rest of the day! She even stepped in to help do up my wedding dress (lots of buttons and long nails made it tricky for my maid of honour!)

I couldn't have asked for anything more from my hair and make up artist, I'm so glad it was Nikki.

Diane did my hair and make up for my wedding take two. We had a small wedding in 2020 but a big celebration this year. It was the wedding I’d always dreamed of and Diane made me feel like a princess for the day. I don’t really like having my make up done professionally because it never looks like I want but Diane took the time in my trial to make sure it did. Plus my hair looked gorgeous abs stayed in place all day. Highly recommend
