Natasha and her team did an amazing job of my hair and make up for my wedding last week! It was totally perfect and lasted all night! There were 6 of us to get ready but Natasha timed it all perfectly. We rescheduled the wedding date a few times due to Covid and I really appreciated how accommodating they were. It was lovely to meet the team!

I booked NW 2 years before my wedding when I started the planning after trusted recommendations from friends who had also used her for their own weddings.
She did not disappoint! From the 1st email right through to my wedding day, Natasha was responsive, professional and considerate of the needs and requirements of me and my bridal party. Her services are perfect for those who want a natural look and for those who still want to look themselves on their wedding day.
Natasha and Nikki did an awesome trial for myself and my bridal party 2 months before my wedding and this was great to get some ideas trialled and to ensure everyone was happy with their look. Even when a few of us changed our hair ideas on the wedding day this was taken in their stride and was no problem at all.
Natasha and Nikki were so relaxed throughout and had a good handle on the timings of everything on the morning of the wedding. It was like spending time with friends.
Both hair and make up lasted all day, even survived tears of joy and a good few hours of dancing the night away.
I would not hesitate to recommend NW to anyone wanting to be made to feel a million dollars on a special occasion.

I had the pleasure to have my hair and make-up done by Annabelle from NW Makeup for my Wedding Day and I could not have hoped for anyone better than Annabelle for my Wedding look. She did both myself and my bridesmaid with extreme professionalism and precision. She created an amazing relaxing environment on the day and we all enjoyed the morning. She was also on time which was extremely important for us as we had to travel for about an hour to the venue.
Annabelle was assisted by Olga, who did my sister and my mum hair and make-up for the day. Olga was great and both my sister and my mum were extremely happy with the final result. Important to note that I had my trial with a different make-up artist who was not able to attend on my Wedding day. Therefore they were both really amazing in recreating the desired look based on pics.
A special thank you to Natasha who has always been very responsive throughout the months prior to the Wedding and was very prompt in assigning me a different make-up artist when the initial one was not able to attend on my Wedding day.
I am definitely recommending NW Makeup to any bride who would like to have a professional look on their special day and someone who listens to your requirements and perfectly recreates your desired look.

We had Kelly and her assistant with us on the day, and I also had my trials with Kelly.
I’d chosen NW as I don’t wear a lot of makeup and when I spoke to Natasha initially, she really put my mind at ease out it all. Kelly was brilliant at taking this into account & working with me to make sure I felt comfortable on the day, but still had beautiful results. I presented Kelly with a bit of a challenge with what I wanted for my hair, but she was really patient and made sure it was exactly as I wanted it on the day.
We were all so pleased with our hair & make up on the day and I’d highly recommend NW!

I chose NW Make up for my bridal party hair and make up because of their natural style and Annie was able to create exactly what I had in mind.
Annie and Sophie were excellent, so attentive and calming on the morning of the wedding, and they made each of us feel and look wonderful! I’m so happy with the service they provided and really recommend them.

I booked with NW make up for my wedding hair and make-up. Communication beforehand was easy. Helena, who did the hair and make-up for us, was lovely and we couldn't have been happier with the results.

Really disappointed with the service provided on my daughter's wedding day...we had 2 hair and makeup artists ....the assistant was meant to do hair and makeup for a bridesmaid ...my other daughter was having hair only ...and a friend also hair and makeup......the bridesmaid was in tears ...had her hair done ...but told by the assistant ....not doing her make up....
My daughter's hair was mediocre ....fell out before start of service ...and my friend had to go and wash her hair out afterwards as it has been backcombed to and inch if it's life ..and so much spray it looked like a wig...so she did her own after washing it .....when she asked about her makeup ...was told .by assistant...well I don't do makeup....haven't got hardly any with me ....and the child bridesmaid didn't get her hair done at all ... The bride had her hair and makeup done and veil in 2 hours before the ceremony ..because both artists left ....we took her veil off and redid it ourselves nearer the time......extremely disappointed to say the least ...

Unfortunately my bridal experience with NW make up wasn’t a very positive one. I booked through the company a year ago and told them my ceremony was at 13:30, I really wanted my makeup and hair to be finished around 12:30 so I didn’t have too long to wait. I ended being sat around for 2 hours with a full Face of makeup and my veil in as the makeup artist had another wedding to go to at 12:30… the makeup was ok and did last all day, but myself and bridesmaids were left all feeling a little underwhelmed and not very special. The second assistant made all the bridesmaids feel rushed, one bridesmaid was in tears because she didn’t do her makeup when asked, she was told the senior artist would be doing it, but the senior artist had left so we ended up having to do her makeup. One girl ended up washing her hair out and doing it herself and my sister thought her hair wasn’t anything special or like what she had asked for . I don’t think I would book NW again if I’m honest

Thank you for your reply NW makeup and your apology. I’m really sorry that you seem to have to taken my review badly. I can see your company does generally get good reviews and that’s great, but sometimes you may not always get it right and on this occasion you definitely didn’t . I hugged the makeup artist because she was a nice person but that doesn’t mean I wanted to be sat around from 11:30 until 13:30 . I did email you originally explaining that there’s obviously been a misunderstanding with timings as when I booked I definitely didn’t want to be ready and left at 11:30. You did not listen to what I wanted as a bride, in fact both times I got a reply from you that made me feel like I was being absolutely ridiculous wanting to ready one hour before my ceremony and not 2 hours and the emails were quite dismissive.Your customer service is very much lacking . The second assistant rushed the bridal party, was rude, made my step daughter cry, my bridesmaid hair was mediocre and fell out and one girl redid her own hair and make up. Im sorry that the second assistant has a vastly different opinion of the morning events to what my bridal party experienced but that’s what happened.

Kelly did my hair and make up for my wedding in July 2022. She was absolutely fantastic! Everything was just how we had trialled a few months earlier. I was so pleased with how I looked. My bridesmaids and Mum also looked lovely. I would not hesitate to recommend Natasha and her team!

I booked NW Makeup for my wedding day and had a great experience. I did a trial with a Kelly, who listened to what I wanted and created lovely natural makeup and hair. I do not normally wear a lot of makeup so I found this part of the process very reassuring. On the wedding day, she was so calm and I was so pleased with how I looked. My bridesmaids and Mum also thrilled with their hair and makeup. Natasha was easy to communicate with throughout the booking process and was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Would definitely recommend!

I cannot recommend Natasha and NW make up enough. Quick responses to emails, easy to book, so understanding when I had to change dates and venue due to covid. Listened and happily looked into options with eye make up due to sensitivity to certain make up products. On my wedding day Natasha felt like part of the bridal party, making everyone feel relaxed (especially me) and laugh. My bridesmaids and my hair and make up looked great, and lasted for the day. Natasha and her team were amazing for my wedding day. My booking was very last minute and they did everything they could to accommodate me. They started my wedding day off with perfection! I have been following Natasha and her team on social media for a while and so happy I managed to book them!

I couldn’t have been happier with the wedding make up and hair Cara and Diane did for for my wedding! Cara understood exactly the look I was going for - a sleek updo, as well as natural make -up. Even more impressively, she achieved both without a trial, as Natasha who was originally meant to do my make up and had done my trial was unfortunately taken very ill. Cara and Diane seamlessly stepped in to take over though - clearly a great team - so I wasn’t worried at all. My bridesmaids and my mum all looked beautiful as well. I had so many lovely compliments on the day and am so happy with the photos! Thank you!

I would highly recommend. They done hair and makeup for myself, 3 bridesmaids, 2 flower girls and mother of the groom. The commutation from the start was great, Natasha was very helpful and responded quickly
Zoey’s work is amazing, she was very helpful for the ones who were unsure what they wanted and done an amazing job for everyone. I had som many comments on how amazing my hair and makeup was on the day.
The work was so good my sister in law has just booked in for her wedding later this year

NW Makeup provided me with everything a bride to be could want: prompt responses to initial queries, clear information on what would happen and a clear demonstration that I'd been listened to.
Annie provided a professional service in a very calm and supportive manner. She listened carefully to what I wanted, offered some suggestions during my trial and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. Annie is friendly and emotionally intelligent, with excellent attentiont to detail. She created a lovely natural look with a rustic updo which went perfectly with my dress and theme for our wedding. My makeup and hair stood up to the challenge of a busy and warm day, I couldn't have asked for a better service or nicer person to do my hair and makeup. I used NW make up for my wedding at Farnham Castle. We did all look amazing on the day and our make up lasted all day and evening, but it ran really late meaning it got very rushed just before the ceremony. We also had issues before the wedding with some confusion over who I had booked due to an admin error which caused unnecessary stress. Would I book them again, probably not

Back 2020 I had my initial trial with Natasha who took the time to listen and discuss the styles I liked. Having very thick hair I was worried whether the styles I liked would work or would hold for long enough. Natasha was brilliant and reassuring me and creating a perfect style for my wedding day. When lockdown happened Natasha was brilliant at offering support and advice throughout and being a friendly voice at the end of the phone to listened whilst helping me postpone and rearrange my hair and makeup.

For my new wedding date Kelly was brilliant. She created a perfect up style for me with really natural makeup which was exactly what I was after. During my trial and our wedding morning it felt like I had a friend there to chat away with and offer advise. Kelly was punctual and kept a really good pace to make sure mine and my mums hair and makeup was completed on time.

My mum and I had so many compliments on our hair and makeup and couldn’t believe everything was still in place come midnight! I really felt amazing on my wedding day and the look and style was everything I’d asked for.

I booked NW Makeup as they were advertising at my venue and hadn’t read any reviews and didn’t know what to expect. The whole booking process was so easy and having had to postpone twice due to covid, I finally had my trial and big day! Natasha was so flexible given the pandemic situation and then even afterwards since I had a newborn and needed to move things around. Kelly was amazing at my trial and listened to exactly what I wanted and bought it to life even with all the distractions of my newborn baby! At the wedding, Kelly and Veronica were so professional even when I was having a meltdown due to other issues on the day …my bridesmaids looked stunning, as did my mum. I was thrilled with my overall look and it lasted all day - all my photos look incredible and I’m so thankful to the ladies. There was no stress on the day and everything ran perfectly to time even with all the chaos around! Couldn’t recommend enough!!
