Many thanks to Sam and the team for sorting my Discovery out once again. Running like a dream now, new turbo fitted. As the body was off, Sam checked the car to see what else needed doing to save additional costs later on. So new rear upper arms fitted, which were worn. Saving hours of labour.

There are so many companies out there that offer landrover engine reconditioning, it’s a minefield. Who to trust?! NWS have just returned my Landrover Discovery 3 having reconditioned my own unit following a knocking noise in the engine. Their communication throughout has been excellent, always answered my emails or rang me back. The car was with them for up to the stated 30 working days but because they kept me updated of progress I felt reassured. Following 200 miles of road testing, and a final check up on the ramps I have my car back and so far all perfect, it was even cleaned inside and out! Now running in the first 500 miles. Warranty is for 12months/max 30,000 miles.
Thank you NWS for handling this stressful, expensive and nerve racking (lots of cowboys out there!) process with professionalism. Really pleased to have my car back fixed.

A good and efficient business to deal with. Courtesy car was provided which proved useful as the company are based out in the countryside. The procedure (auto gear box oil flush) was explained to me in detail prior to starting the job.
Their e-mail and 'phone contact when booking the appointment was first rate.

Within 30 hours of notifying NWS of a breakdown to my Discovery the vehicle was collected, problem identified (blown injector seal) and treated and vehicle returned to me. The work was completed under warranty and was cost free, however I had to pay for the vehicle recovery. Having said this the collection and delivery rates were discounted.
Thank you Sam and colleagues for not turning a drama in to a crisis!

In addition to showing a real depth of knowledge about Discovery which came up with a solution to an intermittent problem where the Main Dealers proposal was throw money ( a lot) and it might solve the problem, NWS took time and thought out the situation which has proved resilient.
They also took a good forensic look at the work invoiced from the main dealer which resulted in me being compensated by them.
I will certainly use NWS for future work on our Disco.

Purchased a freelander, engine, delivered to the garage that fitted it ,found that the cylinder head to be leaking.contacted NWS,who dealt with my complaint promptly by arranging replacement engine and having faulty unit picked up ,now new unit fitted and running .and complying with the terms of warranty.
