I was approached by Daniel through LinkedIn. He put me forward for one amazing role for me (which I got!) and one not so great. He was very encouraging and supportive throughout the process. He asked a lot of questions and seemed to really be interested in finding the right fit for both sides. He was very candid about the process and very good at talking me through my nerves - he can really cut through to what is important and provide perspective, which for me was invaluable! I felt well informed and confident throughout and would thoroughly recommend working with Daniel. He made a stressful and difficult process (job searching in general) feel manageable which is a really special quality.

Daniel Bacon is a truely diamond in the sky! Over 8 years I was dealing with lots of recruitment agencies and recruiters and Daniel is definitely the best! I can easily give him 5 of 5 stars, but it not justify how good he is. He deserve more! Starting from very nice worded email that caught my attention to interview process Daniel was very professional and helpful. His emails was always detailed with lots of good tips and very personal. What I think mostly stand him out of the crowd is that he was very supportive, always had time for me, called me on a regular basis to check if I am ok and leave me with the feeling that he is there for me if i need him 💛 Working with Daniel was very pleasant experience and I cannot thank him enough to believe in me and find me job of my dream!

I have been in contact with Jonny and Annie for 2-3 years and Daniel from when he joined NXT GEN.
They have helped me to look for employment as well as finding candidates to interview.
They really get to know the individual and their needs and will never put you through for an unsuitable role as well as giving honest and unbiased advice on other roles not through them.
Likewise with supplying candidates, they will only recommend suitable candidates to fit the employers particular needs and are not pushy.
Jonny and Annie passed all knowledge about myself over to Daniel when he joined so he could seek only suitable roles.
I have recommended NXT GEN to colleagues/friends in Peterborough area as well as Norfolk.
They are a very genuine Company and will not pressurise you to go for something you are not comfortable with
Fees for recruiting are also very competitive.
