I would recommend this course to anyone who wants to become an Interior designer. I have really enjoyed this course. I have learned so much about design and it's history. I will be graduating soon, and I look forward to all the new and creative opportunities in my future.

Took the landscape design course, learned a lot, the course was well laid out. The feed back from my student advisor was helpful and my projects were graded in a timely manner.

I know this is online but this is basically this is a self taught course. Very little interaction with instructor which is disappointing. Curriculum is good and highly relevant

I found the course to be easy to navigate and great for the beginner .
I have applied many of the principles I learned in this course to my projects. My only criticism is that the info was very superficial and not in depth. But for the length of the course and the cost it was a great jumping off point for me.

I found this course easy to follow and well done. I was a little disappointed with how long it took to get marks back but other than that it was great.

The courses were well tailored, practical and very useful!

The curriculum is comprehensive and the advisors are responsive. Highly recommend.

Without a defined time table to keep to, it’s easy to put things off for too long.
Find the comments difficult to understand - it’s not always clear what’s expected.

Really enjoyed class. Working in a floral shop for the first time and taking this class at the same time was great!!! Watching and learning at the same time!!!!

The materials, videos, topics and discussions in the course are well organized and the contents of the course are well thought out, fulfilling and understandable. Janet Ramin is an excellent advisor, she is very assertive providing feedback and guidance, so students can really leqrn from mistakes.

Well-organized and thorough residential interior design program. Good support from advisors. It would be great if you also offered one for commercial/hospitality interior design.

I learned the overall basics of how to be an interior designer and would recommend the online course. From drafting a room to understanding harmony, balance and scale, NYIAD helped me to further understand the basics of interior design and gave me the confidence to start my own company.

The classes are fun and the website is easy to use. Overall, I love this program... I do wish that this program offered something for those who complete the program though, like an internship.. I’ve noticed other online programs offer many more options for after you finish.
