The sales account manager didn't take the time to explain the pricing structure for the CASA requirements. We were simply quoted $4,000+ for a one-year Google integration without any breakdown or willingness to schedule a follow-up call to find a solution. I have to cancel my card as there is no way to cancel subscription. I cancelled online and their website says cancellation request submitted. They charged me for 3 months AFTER cancellation. I am now booking online calls with sales to have the subscription cancelled.

Started a free trial to test out the service, just received an invoice for the month. Despite cancelling the free trial due to their sub par product, ensuring auto renewal was off, and deleting my card they still charged us. All the reviews seem consistent, money grabbing using unethical practices. - stay well away!
Poor support and service. I would encourage caution when dealing with this organisation, as they have very poor resolution times and strict contract terms when issues arise against them.
I had a very disappointing experience with Nylas.com. We subscribed to their service, but found that it wasn't particularly useful for our needs. When we tried to cancel our subscription they were completely intransigent about terminating the contract early or putting it on hold. Despite cancelling, they still tried to auto-renew our subscription for another year, which was unacceptable. Overall, I would not recommend Nylas.com due to their poor service and intransigence when it came to cancelling our subscription.
