Ok this company is extraordinary. I bought a tiny purchase-- a 29.99 band. But i wasn't sure if it was going to fit, or how to measure. They texted me, sent me a measuring app, told me to send them a pic of everything, talked me through the process-- and then concluded the band i bought wouldn't work. THEY ISSUED ME A FULL REFUND. I haven't had service like this since I was last in Nordstrums. What a store!

I mush have transposed a number on my credit card and I called the customer service # and left a message. In less than an hour later I received a call and James from customer service helped me resolve my problem.

Ordered band. Very helpful over phone.

Their website did not disclose the shipping costs. I ordered a $20 watch band with a $5 installation tool. The page with the watch band said "Enjoy Free Shipping" above the ADD TO CART button. The checkout page never disclosed the shipping cost. Only after receiving the verification email did I learn they added $12.95 for shipping. I have called their number (just an answering machine) & emailed them to cancel the order. I finally spoke with them on the phone. The guy insisted the shipping charge is disclosed on their website, but I emailed them screenshots showing it is not disclosed. I told him, "Don't argue with me. Fix your web site. Just look at the screen shots in your email." I am running Firefox 139.0.1 It is possible the shipping charges would appear on another browser. Anyhow the order is canceled.

As someone who is skeptical about ordering things online I will say NYWatchStore Top One International is legit and has excellent customer service. I placed an order and realized I made the wrong purchase. I reached out to them and not only did they assist me in fixing the order but they taught me how to measure watch bands! I will be spending more money with them!
