I ordered the product online and when it came, it was the wrong size. I called the company and James answered the phone immediately and explained everything in a great detail on me how to return the wrong one and how to purchase a new one. He even shared a link where I could see more options. It was great to speak to a human being.

I actually came upon NY Watch Store/Top One International web site while looking for a replacement steel watch band for Casio Digital watch. I saw the replacement ban that I needed but as I continued to look at the available products I found a newer model Casio Watch same style with 3-simple buttons and water resistant which are both features that are important to me. The new watch model A158WA-1
was so affordable at
$24.95 + 5.00 Shipping.
I decided to forget the replacement steel watch band and just purchase the new watch. When the order was processed @ NYW my shipping and billing information ended up in the wrong places. I received a email and text message from them the day after I placed the order and they were so happy to correct and confirm information before mailing the watch. Technology can be challenging but it makes everything feel right with the watch purchase when someone takes the time to call/text and email to make sure the order goes out correctly. I appreciate your time and effort to me as your customer.

The service was absolutely great. I ordered the wrong size and they actually fixed that problem before it was sent out to me. Customer service was very helpful and I think this is the best watch band company that I've ever dealt with. I'm a watch collector myself so it's really hard to get the bands that I need and they have everything in stock. I recommend this place to anybody who's looking for a band because I just paid $34 for a band that would have cost me $70 so the prices are good and the services remarkable. I give this place two thumbs up!
